Unclear purchasing process
Unclear purchasing process. They offered to deliver a product on a specific date when they didn't even have it in stock, which resulted in a very late delivery and additional costs to have it forwarded to another country, as I had to return to work.
They just told me they "understood my frustration," but offered no solución. Overall, a bad experience. (I buy in sept.28th and delivery was in october 8th)
