They were knowledgeable about their products. I misunderstood some information about the delivery and Karl looked into things and straightened everything out. I didn't read an e-mail they sent to me and the misunderstanding was completely my fault and he was so polite about it. I will shop with them again. The entire team was amazing!!!!
