The shoes (Nuven Vanilla Rainbow 2) are super comfortable, but now after 3 months the left one is starting to crack and I don‘t know how to fix it (and I‘ve only worn them for work and events I had to dress business casual for).

poor quality product and shocking customer service.

Very, very, very bad customer service.
I bought a pair of shoes and they delivered the shoes in such a bad quality ive never seen bevore, they also looked like someone weared them already… then i reached out to the customer service. They told me that they will send me a returnlabel for the shoes and will send me a new pair. But since 3 weeks i havent heard of them again… so dont buy something from that company.

Soles went off after wearing the shoes twice. Trying to get my money back takes 6 weeks now with no end in sight.
Super bad customer service, on the fringe of beeing a scam company.

Normally I never write reviews, but this time I feel compelled to. First they send shoes with a completely black sole. The advertising was actually misleading as the shoes appear on their website with a dotted sole. They then offer to exchange them for a pair with a dotted sole as shown on their website. All good until I receive an email that they cannot exchange the shoes because they have apparently already been worn. Which is not true at all. So they first send the wrong shoes and then say they don't want to exchange them anymore. Never experienced this before! Worst customer service ever. In addition, their communication can also be much better. I won't recommend them to friends....Unfortunately!

I've been trying to reach the customer service team for over 3 weeks as I made an order 5 weeks ago that has never arrived. I've not gotten a response on the status of my order. Currently trying to cancel the order but still have not gotten a response since last week. Not sure what is going on...

Super cool shoes that I will use for skateboarding! There was a small defect on one of the shoes, but the customer service was great, thanks!

Very good service! Accidently, I ordered the wrong size; e-mailed the servicedesk and sent the shoes back. Two days later the correct size was delivered.

We already bought two pairs of shoes and love them. The design and style are timeless and innovative with a sustainable approach (all vegan shoes).
We experience great support when buying the shoes on the Stylista Market in Estoril, and great online support when buying via their online shop (quick delivery in Portugal). We look forward for more designs in the future.

Bought my second pair of shoes and do really like them! Very comfortable shoes, quick shipment!

I have ordered 3 Times. First I ordered Nuven black mambo in dec- 2021, it has sings of wear but are still good. 2nd order was Nuven Blue Blend in nov. 2022 and that pair is still like new. Last order was in july 2023, i ordered Easy Breezy Galaxy Black I never want to give these shoes away again. Deliverytime was always acceptable.

I love Undo For Tomorrow shoes, they are so comfortable and versatile. I wear them on casual days, work days and special occasions. They add a touch of style to my outfit and make me feel like a star on the red carpet.

Fancy IG ads that I fell for due to the colourful funky shoe soles. But after not more than 1 month the glue falls apart. Also they claim to be super sustainable. Though, it came in a plastic packaging that was not recycled plastic no compostable bioplastic.

I’ve had the vanilla Nuven pair for 8 months. I love them! They are still as good as new and I’ve washed them in my machine on a delicate low temp wash when they get crud on them and they come out well clean. I’ve just bought the black pair and I love them too. People are always like ‘bro your trainers are sick and ‘I’m like thanks bro, you can touch them if you want’ and then they’re like ‘er… I’m gonna go now’.

Great comfy sneakers for everyday use.
I've bought 4 pairs of sneakers (two for myself and two for my 70 yo father). So far the experience has been great. My father uses his camel ones so much that he asked me for a new pair in grey. My easy breezy pair is great for the summer. I had them delivered by mail and it came quickly.
