Signed up and deposited no problem , turned £20 into £400 so was pretty chuffed. Went to withdraw and it was lending for three days then they cancelled it and asked for documentation. They wanted an extensive list including , proof of bank account , proof of bank card ownership , proof of address via a posted letter, proof of income, proof of identity, proof of identity held next to my face, and three months worth of bank statements. I sent all of these in over three weeks ago now. Been on live chat multiple times and the agent sent a message that genuinely said “ ha you’ll have to wait, it’s not like this money not being in your bank account is the end of the world” . I’ve spent over 20 hours on different occasions waiting for an agent to answer my chats , and then if I don’t reply in less than 2 minutes they close the chat and make me wait again. Any time I do get through to live chat they always say” it’s being looked at please be patient” like waiting 3 weeks for something that I was told would take 48 hrs isn’t being patient. Refused to let me speak to a manager and kept saying their terms and conditions protected them if it came to me filing a complaint. Even told me their terms and conditions would protect them from a legal point of view, when I mentioned to them they were breaking the law. Submitted documents on the 13th of January and I’m still waiting and it’s now February 16th. Avoid at all costs because they will just steal from you and then essentially tease you when you ask them for your money.PLEASE DO NOT FUND THESE SCAMMERS.

Absolutely scammers. I deposit money 80£ and I won over 3000£. After few weeks they remove my winning money and left only 80£ what was deposited. I can't take even my 80£ back. They keep asking me for more and more documentation. I o ready send all and they keep asking for more and more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS !!!!

Unibet closed my account last week.
I lost my bank card waited for my new card to arrive.
Deposited funds into my Unibet account went to withdraw my funds late evening they wouldn’t release.
They requested pdf bank statement I managed to send account information.
Mentioned on web chat that I would like my funds returning to me £400 also mentioned I had PTSD.
Bottom line they closed my account without warning they refuse to reply to all the emails I have sent blocked me from web chat.
Please for your own sake avoid this online gambling site at all costs.
Still have my funds pending utterly despicable.

Only just registered and £10 deposits and played and lost it right away and deposited another £10 then won for £13 then I withdraw my bf £20 and approved right away.
