I've only recently joined Unibet, so far everything has been smooth (sports only, I haven't played slots which everyone complains about). The website is a bit boring however, they should consider introducing some fun eg daily free spin game for the chance of small prizes.

They closed my account as they did not like the way I was using it. As a warning to anyone using them they can apparently take all your winnings and even the money you put in yourself. So if you use this company withdraw regularly and don't let any balance build up.

Shocking customer service.
Started winning so they froze my account.
I then tried in vain to speak to someone as I have £3k sitting in my Unibet account, told them the impact this was having and they just blocked my account, without warning or any reason. Now can't log in or get in touch with anyone regarding access to my account or funds.
Disgraceful way to treat customers.
Looking at legal approach to get my funds back.
