I recently joined Unibet and depisited £86 and won

I recently joined Unibet and deposited £86, with each spin I opted in for a 10p accumulator jackpot from the casino. I won £5000, put a withdrawal request in yesterday at11:45 and by 2:30pm I had sent the front and back of my card details. All ID and proof of address had already been proven upon opening the account. All accepted and account fully verified. I had tried a few other casinos, but the RTP was low. Unibets RTP is good, I was consistently having small wins. The casino itself has a wide range of games to choose from. I set myself small limits recently to keep me on track and to ensure play remains enjoyable. I can not comment on payment of winnings yet as due to Easter weekend. However, I can say my withdrawal money has left my account, a payment ID has been created, and this withdrawal is displaying on my flow chart for deposits/withdrawals. This is a life changing amount for me and my family as I can use £2000 of the £5000 won to give my mum contribute towards my dad’s headstone. I spoke with customer services with a lovely woman and she explained that sending my card front and back is normal process to match up with the card used to deposit. Nothing suggests they will not pay me considering I generally won this money and I’m so excited about this. I shall keep you informed of when the money is in my bank account for anyone who wishes to know how long Unibet take to pay out. As mentioned earlier, the lady I spoke with was so helpful and reassured me that once the source of funds (bank card matching deposits on statements) have been clarified, my transaction will inevitably move from “on hold” to “processing”.

Horrible customer service and rubbish…

Horrible customer service and rubbish verification process. I requested a payout a week ago, they rejected it and reduced the amount due to “bonus eligibility forfeit”. I was asked to verify my account and submit details. Submitted id and photo of id next to face, bank statement and then 5 days later it comes back saying photo isnt clear, that the bank statement is wrong although it clearly states my address in it as they highlighted was required. Absolutely horrible experience do not use this site.

SCAMMERS! Be careful, they will frozen your account even if you are verified and refuse to release your money. Check the unibet community before depositing your money, so many people have the same problem. They don’t have a phone number nor an email address just a rude customer service that is useless and will lie about everything!!!

dont gamble on unibet

dont gamble on unibet, i was playing all day putting money onto it loosing and winning infact was £200 down and placed a £50 deposit everything was fine, all sudden i go onto a blackjack room and placed the £50 chip it kicked me off game and said contact support there was block on account for 2hours wouldnt let me go back into the room to carry on playing, the cards haven’t even been dealt the timer to start was still going down so should just given bet back anyways as wasn’t in room, then i was told contact support again for that what i did then 6days later to be told that there was nothing on there end and that carnt give it me back after i was told 24/48 hours anyway, unibet think they should sit down and look at there app cus i have never had problem like this ever on another betting site 👎👎
