Well it appears Michael Wicks

Well it appears Michael Wicks, director at Union Bathrooms now works at Urban Bathrooms in Exeter. Ongoing scam in action. I will be reporting to liquidators and HMRC.

Bunch of con merchants

Bunch of con merchants. Ordered in January, continued delays, no communication. Cancelled order snd promised refund, but, surprise surprise, nothing received. No answer to phone calls, messages and emails. Assume they have run away and will start up again with another scam

Looks like these scammers

Looks like these scammers, Michael Wicks, Steven Hawkins, have setup up multiple bathroom showrooms under different names and then disappear, owing customers lots of money. Have lost £600 to these scammers. Union Bathrooms, Bathroom Village, Unity Bathrooms, all the same people

Scam - avoid!!

Much like other customers unfortunately we fell for this scam. Originally ordered £2200 worth of bathroom items in January, they never arrived and each week I was told they'll be delivered the following week. Eventually I gave up and tried to get a refund, I was told it would take 14 working days, so waited and of course never got the discount. I emailed so many times and tried to call but no response, so wnt through my bank to retrieve the funds. I've reported them to Fraud Action. Please avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid - items not delivered and being ghosted

Exactly the same experience as recent reviews. Order placed in November (but I knew it had to be ordered in so was expecting a delay). After a chase in January it was confirmed that "it was on the way from the supplier and would be delivered to me the week after". It is now March and I'm being ghosted. I got one email response in that time "we're contacting the supplier" and one phone call got answered (by Darryl when, in desperation, I called the showroom who can only refer you to the "info@" email and the never-answered phone number.) I note that their main showroom has been removed from their website so I suspect they are shutting down without telling customers. I'm not planning to put the effort into requesting a refund so I've sent a "last chance" email and will then go straight to the credit card company.

Shocking service - potentially a scam

This really is a shockingly poor company. Order placed late December and then I was strung along until late Feb with promises of imminent delivery, but now I am being ghosted. I’ve asked for a refund with no reply from emails and no one answering the phone. One of the other reviewers referred to it as a ‘scam company’. I think they may be right! There are other much better suppliers out there.

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

Terrible company - ordered a shower system in beginning of January and didn't arrive. Then requested for a refund, got an email to say it was going to be refunded and to wait 14 days for the money to come back. This never happened, and still waiting. Useless customer service, Daryl just says to email the info@ email address, which you do and don't get any response. Told different stories from 2 agents - the accounts team work from home and don't have a direct number to put me through to, the other said that they only work on Thursdays and as I didn't call on this day I couldn't be put through to them. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered a shower on the 5th November…

Ordered a shower on the 5th November with scheduled delivery 3-5 working days. 15 days later no shower and a refund was requested and was told it would be at least 14 days. That date come still no refund. Avoid this company…
