Terrible Customer Service! Ordered a lightweight Autumn/Spring puffer jacket last October. I was initially pleased with it though I did note the rather flimsy zip at the time. I wore it intermittently... See more

Be patient; it is possible to get your money back when returning a delivery
Returned orders 3/1 2021.
According to PostNord, Uniqlo Malmø had my return 6/1.
No mails from customer service. Not possible to get in contact in any ways.
One month later I had my money back from both orders.
So be patient -
Good instore, lousy online and customer service
If only Uniqlo's customer service department was as good as its products.
I will NEVER buy anything online with Uniqlo again.
WARNING Only buy in store if you are 100% certain you want to keep it.
Returned 2 packages valuing £310 17th…
Returned 2 packages valuing £310 17th December by Hermes, heard nothing since. Tried to track but says Uniqlo would email when back. Clothing not for me, hence returning all items. Been watching website, given them the 15 business days they said it would take, then read all reviews Tuesday night and started panicking, so rang number on website 9.00 am Wednesday morning, on hold for 5 mins, then spoke to Ines. She was very helpful, found both my orders online, saw I had initially registered sending everything back and said she would issue manual refund. Received email that afternoon confirming items back and refund would take up to 7 days. Friday morning a refund on my PayPal account, so don’t bother with website and messaging it or emailing, ring and hopefully get the response I had. I can’t complain at that service, although as I said clothing not for me.
Baffled.
Baffled.
No.1. Item missing from order dated 6/12/20. reported immediately via horrible website. writing several emails, signing a declaration and being promised a refund or the item. Still waiting for either. Will persevere.
Uniqlo, good value, but Customer service terrible,
based in EU. No phone number.
No 2. separate issue Returned 2 items on 09/12/20 refunded 15/01/21.
Apparently they don't read Trust Pilot, you do. DON'T
order on line. Nightmare. Time wasting. Frustrating.
Thieving your orders & money
The worst company I have ever dealt with. After returning my order on the 20th December due to the items being too big, despite their “guaranteed” refund policy, till this date Uniqlo refuse to not only acknowledge and reply to my emails but still owe me £120. I urge people not to purchase from the brand and to raise disputes with their banks or PayPal if you’re owed money.
It’s a pandemic, the economy is already hurt, give people back their rightfully owed money.

WITHOUT EXCEPTION THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER KNOWN. I AM A STYLIST AND SO CAN COMMENT ON GOOD AUTHORITY.
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A REFUND OF £656.00 ( FOR WORK ) SINCE THE 14TH OF DECEMBER.
SOMEBODY NEEDS TO BE HELD TO ACCOUNT FOR THIS APPALLING TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS - IT IS DISGRACEFUL THAT A BUSINESS WITH SUCH POOR PRACTICES SHOULD BE EVEN ALLOWED TO TRADE - THERE SHOULD BE LAWS AGAINST IT.
I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT UNIQLO IN STORE OR ONLINE EVER AGAIN.
Shocking Customer Service
Shocking Customer Service
25/11/2020 I ordered 4 jumpers, 3 pairs of socks for £9.90 and 4 for £9.90. Instead of 4 pairs of socks I received only 2 pairs.
I emailed customer service straight away with all information of my order same day I got the parcel.
On 08/12/2020 I receive an email from customer service to provide 13 digit SKU of missing items. I sent my order number to Uniqlo again.
24/12/2020 Uniqlo asked me to fill in and sign attached the declaration of missing items.
I emailed Uniqlo customer service so many times, no response.
Today is 12/01/2021 did not receive missing socks or hear anything from Uniqlo customer service i think as a company like Uniqlo with so many store's across the UK It's a shock and so very very disappointing of how this company is treating their customers just for 2 pairs of socks which was a present for my partner (it was a Christmas gift) wow it's not like it's a table or sofa i'm just waiting for just 2 pairs of socks for which I paid for and God knows when it will receive it. So very very bad customer service
An utter disgrace
Without doubt the worst customer service ever experienced. Shame because I like their merchandise but wouldn’t dream of ordering from them again. Cashmere jumpers ordered on 28th November never arrived in spite of an email from Hermes saying they’d been delivered. Finally got Hermes to investigate as Uniqlo impossible to get hold of. They admitted good we’re lost. Finally got Uniqlo to admit a refund was due and was promised it within five days just before Christmas. It is now 8th January and no sign of our £150. Nothing short of a disgrace.
Awful service
Unfortunately I've had a similar experience to many people, wish I'd checked these reviews before buying .. Returned items (they don't provide a QR code to make this easy like other companies) Dec 9th along with an Amazon item. Received the refund from Amazon the same day. I'm currently still trying to get the refund processed by Uniqlo "they're looking into it" - have the tracking number from the Hermes pick up and everything. Avoid buying online with this company!!!
The website is a disgrace
The website is a disgrace. it's like they want you not to buy anything !!! They give you promo code and then they say is not valid...WOW...SHAME on you !!!
Far too slow, not impressed
Ordered a coat for a Christmas present 8/12/20. Had dispatch notification on Christmas Eve, over two weeks later, so delivery may be before new year with any luck! So easy to blame Covid-19 but other companies manage to maintain a decent service. Wouldn’t order from them again unless for myself and not in any hurry.
Scam and lies
I made an order on November 30th, they "shipped" it on December 2nd. After that the tracking number showed, that the parcel was staying somewhere at the warehouse. After contacting the customer service, the status was quickly changed for the "unsuccessful delivery". The customer service explained, that the customer was not at home, so the delivery was unsuccessful, and now the parcel is shipped back. Perfect, guys and girls, you know what? My whole country is in a lockdown, so I'm always at home and don't go outside!!! Now the status of the parcel is not changing since December 12th, so no idea, when I get my refund (and if I get it at all). Never ordering online again, although I was a loyal customer.
UPD. After 3 months of waiting and angry letters to Uniqlo (without answer from their side, of course) I finally got my order. A Christmas present transferred into a Valentine's day present...
If I could add minus stars I would
If I could add -minus stars I would. Ordered Xmas presents the 12th Dec, only on the 24th (today) do they tell me they won't arrive (after chasing their customer service a few days ago, but no update from that until too late). Other companies have managed it so why can't they? Were they surprised there would be a high volume of orders?! Management needs to take a hard look at themselves and their performance. I will not be shopping from them again for a long, long time...
Do NOT buy online from this company
Such a shame.... I really like some of their clothes and have shopped from them for years but this was the first time I have tried to buy from them online.
NEVER AGAIN.
Firstly, I tried to open an account and kept getting an error message to say the page I was looking for didn't exist. I contacted customer service and after a long delay got a response to ask me for all of the information about my computers (tried on several), the error message, screen shots etc., all of which had been sent in the original query. The eventual response (after 2 weeks) was "buy yourself a different kind of computer"!!!! Insane!
So I placed an order as a 'guest'. They took the money but sent no acknowledgement of the order, no invoice, nothing. After contacting Customer Service (not an easy thing to do!) I was told there were 'problems' with the website but the order had been received and I got an order number. The goods arrived eventually. Sizing on one pair of jeans was no good so I returned them. One month later I have heard nothing, no acknowledgement and certainly no refund. I have tried Customer Service again... only a contact form, no phone no. or chat... and, guess what, no response again. Hermes say the return was delivered the day after it was posted! So what now?
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I am so disappointed!!!!!
I bought in the past, but this time I had such a terrible experience. Uniqlo team if you ever read these reviews and bother to help your customers, 01216026 is my case number. I ordered a product on 30th of Nov, you had a system glitch and the delivery address wasn't correctly confirmed to the deposit, you didn't bothered to tell me that. Here I am 3 weeks after and still waiting for you to check with the deposit when my order will be delivered. Apparently what I have to do is to wait. Everyone at Uniqlo did the right thing in the meantime, followed the procedures...no one is taking any accountability. I had higher expectations. Plus customer agents who raise the voice at you and are rude.... I could have given less than a star if would have been available.
Nothing short of theft
They take your money, claim goods ordered a month ago have been delivered when they haven't, then become impossible to contact. Finally managed to get a form to claim a refund but still waiting after a week. It's over £120, but not holding my breath. Christmas surprise ruined. Nothing short of daylight robbery.
I was looking forward Federer’s cap…
I was looking forward Federer’s cap specially made by Uniqlo... there’s none on their websites or shops.
Our is that possible????
Incredibly badly run company
My god, these people have awful customer service.
My god, these people have awful customer service. With thousands of reviews across their multiple properties complaining about this, I wonder if Uniqlo cares about how this damages their brand.
My particular experience: going to a physical shop in Antwerp with my partner, to buy a pair of coats. One had lots of orange make-up on the sleeve, but neither we nor the cashier noticed. We went immediately (1 minute later) back to swap for a clean product, but were told they couldn't prove we didn't get the product dirty ourselves. Nevermind we're wearing Uniqlo clothes, nevermind we just spent close to 200€ at their shop, or that we have the proof of purchase from 1 minute ago. Nah, we're the bad guys here, going to shops and getting products dirty just to annoy the staff. The best part? My GF wasn't wearing any make-up, so it couldn't have been her fault.
We waited 40 minutes while they checked their camera recordings to make sure we didn't get the coat dirty, after which they still claimed they couldn't replace the coat. We pushed back a little bit, and long story short the manager agreed to refund us that particular purchase.
The customer is king, right? Not at Uniqlo. At Uniqlo, after you've spent a lot of cash on their expensive-yet-made-in-China products, their staff will basically call you a liar, check the security cameras, and ultimately still refuse to be helpful. My god, what a lousy experience!
The sad thing is that it's not unique. I don't think we've ever had a good experience at Uniqlo, yet we keep going back for more, in a kind of late-stage capitalism Stockholm syndrome addiction. From my side, I'm done with them, though. I don't care for their products given their quality isn't exactly great, so I've decided to never again shop at Uniqlo. I don't see the point of paying a slight premium for products that H&M et al make, for the same (average) quality. If the in-shop service isn't going to be at least decent, there's basically nothing about the brand that makes it stand-out from a competitor.
I didn't expect Burberry-levels of care for the customer, but having worked at other shops in my early years, I did expect to be treated decently and with more respect than we got.
Bye bye, Uniqlo!
Do Not Buy Online From This Company
I placed an order on 25 November. The website says to allow 3 days for the order to be processed. Today is 6 December and the order status is still showing as "order processing". This is not acceptable in this day and age where some companies will deliver on the same day as ordering! The order was placed for a birthday present for a birthday on 8 December, so due to your extremely poor customer service, the birthday girl will be very disappointed. I have contacted the customer service team and all they can tell me is that the order is showing as "order processing". Pretty useless information, when I can see that already on the order status. Based on my experience, I would advise against placing orders online with this company.
Garbage Online Order Customer Service
I patiently waited over three weeks to get my package, which was never delivered. I have not had to call three times, each time with a promise of remboursement – and a request to wait another week and the same story that the previous customer service client "was knew" or "didn't know how to do use their system right" and a promise that like magic that they were going to get my money back.
To make matters worse I received a emails contradicting what was said and decided online, that I had to call again and rectify. Now that I read the reviews here it appears there is a systematic issue here.
Never have I felt so disillusioned by how great quality a store and its products can be in store may be to find that online it is this far below the average e-commerce site today.
