Great service

Great service, competitive pricing, installer was great! Went out of his way to make sure all the wires were hidden and did a great job explaining how the system works.

United Alarm is an excellent and…

United Alarm is an excellent and reputable company. Bob was our sales rep with over 20 years experience in the industry. My first interaction with Bob was positive and he was friendly. Bob did not try to sell us more than what we needed in a home security system, which was a blessing. Once the paperwork was completed and signed, a technician would come to our home in next few days to install the system. Our technician was Darryl with again over 20 years experience. Darryl was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I could tell that Darryl took pride in his work and customer satisfaction was a priority for him. Overall, United Alarm was a pleasant and wonderful experience for me and my wife. I would recommend United Alarm to my family and friends.

Recommend

Knowledgeable, prompt service, fair pricing. I would have given 5 stars but installation was a bit late and the app has been glitchy. When I call CS, they do navigate the problems right away though. I like that the company and monitoring is local.

Good system, good customer service

Havent had it long but it seems like a good system and the installer was great. My parents have had the system for a few years and service has always been good.

Excellent trustworthy company

I have had united Alarm Systems into my home and was more than impressed on their service ,professionalism and caring for the client. I actually am pleased with the service provided , the feedback and communication.
This company do make a quality unit that I am impressed with and it does what I ask of it.
I highly recommend them
