I am still having app problems

I have been use United Alarm for 5 year. I am very happy with their service. I got couple of false alarm, they responded very quick.

I have dealt with this company for years and been pleased, but recently I paid them to upgrade my alarm system and it didn’t go well at all. Took three tech visits,and caused much stress and aggravation for me. First tech didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t have the proper parts, he was a last minute send as the regular tech got sick. United had to send s second tech out on a different day and be was brilliant and knew his stuff but didn’t have the parts needed either, so he came back a third time and finished the work. I spoke to the manager twice throughout this whole fiasco and she got things done for me, but I didn’t feel like much of a priority as a customer through the whole experience until that happened.

I’ve been with United Alarm for 12 years and they’re service is awesome. Competitive price. Nice people to deal with.

The sales team is absolutely marvellous. Our installation was rough but rectified immediately. I already recommended this Alarm Company to friends and family.

You guys are always nice to us when we have false alarms by accident. And recently when the guy came to install a new updated alarm system he was fast, knowledgeable and friendly! I would definitely recommend United Alarm to friends and family ☺

Terrific Service and Product - Sales Team Helpful and Professional. Install Tech very knowledgeable and work well with the home owner. I have recommended others to contact United for their Security Systems.

The install went well. We realized after that our home phone does not work and when I phoned United to ask about it I was told that was not their issue. Just strange that it worked before. Other than that I am happy with the new system

It was a great experience having United Alarm System. no fault, no interruption.

The only issue I had is the pin pad doesn't work. Not a big deal as I use the iPhone app. However when my adult children want in I need to disarm remotely.

I had to make four phone calls to United Alarm to get the problem resolved.

Just love the whole system ... and would highly recommend
