The fob has never worked
The fob has never worked. I am never home during the narrow office hours of the company so cannot get support needed to get it fixed. Or at least that is what I was told when trying to get it checked.

When I was in my kitchen frying fish…
When I was in my kitchen frying fish suddenly our smoke alarm sounded due to thick smoke inside the house. I rush to the alarm control panel to turn off the alarm but before I even reach at the alarm control panel I heard my phone ringing and when I answered its the United House Alarm Company emergency response team checking on us of what is going on. I told them its fine, its just a thick smoke in my kitchen and I am going to disarm and will open my doors and windows.
The one thing I am hugely surprise is the "quickness" of their response to the (smoke / fire) alarm, its like less than in 5 seconds. Now I can confirmed that they are very reliable and very active in monitoring their clients house alarm system. Excellent job United Alarm, double thumbs up! Keep up the excellent job!
