So far our experience has been fantastic! I would strongly recommend united to anyone looking for home security!

Offered better value than Telus and the installation process was straight forward and professional.

The guy I spoke Gerald Sta. Ana was so helpful and he answered and explained well all my question. Also the technician was very good.

I chose United because my home was broken into and I honestly couldn't sleep. My stress levels were at maximum and I was becoming a hopeless victim. My friend suggested United because she had a similar story. When the Technician come to do the installation he was very empathetic and understanding. He understood the importance of my questions and made it possible for me to feel like my home was safe again. The whole process gas given me my life back again. Thank you United

Huh, let me just say, "I should have known better". Some lessons are learned the hard way but this is the last time I will base my decision to pay for a service or product purely on price.

I was deceived into believing that if I bought the cameras and NVR that it was mine. Wrong, United Alarm will not give you the super user password. So, if you need to set the clock you need to get United to come and do that for you,dumb!! probably at a cost. These guys want a small fortune for a camera and installation. If you can ever get a quote from these guys. They don't seem too interested in selling any cameras or installation. If I would have known this prior I would have never have purchased this equipment.Been waiting 6 months for a quote to install 3 more cameras. Gave up waiting. I will now get rid of this equipment and camera and purchase one elsewhere that I can upgrade, or make changes myself. Not happy with the customer service. It's like pulling hen's teeth to try and get someone out and that's after I contacted Robert Stevens twice. Still haven't heard from anyone. I bought a sky-bell camera and the things hasn't worked longer than it has, always problems with it.I spent a lot of money for garbage that doesn't work and I can't get anyone out to fix it.

Initial response was quick, info over phone & in-house assessment very professional and quick, installation done quickly, technician left a bit of mess in basement. Overall experience - perfect!

Had several frustrating hiccups for the first week, now solved and things seem to be running smoothly. Will be doing away with the security service as the one night they were sent out to check a false alarm, I sat and waited for at least one hour with no response. When I finally called to ask why no one was getting back to me I was told that they ( security ) will make several calls before they get back to you, really? Therefore if I had not called I may have sat up through the night wondering what had happened,

Some miscommunication with the install I wanted but it was corrected. Personnel were very nice and accommodating in the end.

I’ve been with United Alarms for almost 4 yrs and have always received great serivce whether it’s me calling for assistance or having their technicians come to my house.

Awesome system with plenty of expansion abilities to monitor and protect your home depending on your end goal be it security or convenience. Really good technical support and prompt responses. Very versatile when app service is enabled.

Had a few issues with the set-up of the system, but otherwise, everything has been running smoothly.

Great services and polite & friendly

We have been suffering from several false alarms because of this service.
The most disturbing was the one that happened in the middle of the night
awakening not only us but the whole family of our daughter and I had to take the trouble in working with the panel to cancel the defect. the next morning.

No incentive for referrals. Was referred by my son. Sent a tech that seemed very inexperienced to a complex install. Had to call and escalate the situation to a manager to get someone out to site to fix the install and make the system function.

No complaints worked with me to get my system installed quickly

Initial consult and installation went great. However, after a couple days, the alarm system failed and we couldn't activate it. I called around 6pm on a Wednesday to report the problem and was told an after-hours tech would contact me but no one did. The next day, I called again and was told they could send someone out the following week. Unacceptable! They did end up sending a tech later that day and fixed everything up.
