And also for the recovery of you debit how can you ask for another year of contract when you ain’t do the shits I told Jason and Satvir cancel my contract and give me my refund and they said we won’t give you refund but your contract is cancelled so after a year you guys are doing this don’t worry got all of proof and see you in court

Crooks, beware of outrageous terms, take your money for nothing!!
Let me tell you about Unitel Direct Ltd. They are masters at taking your money by locking you into contracts with outrageous terms.
They claim you can’t cancel your contract more than 30-45 days before your renewal date. Meaning if your contract is due to expire in May, you cannot send formal notice of writing in January saying cancel it in May or don’t renew it.
This is the first company I have seen that not only has a minimum notice period but also a maximum notice period. The notice has to be within the 30-45 day window (at least 30 days before but not more than 45 days before). Classic entrapment.
Furthermore, another outrageous term on their website; If you catch them out charging you for nothing you have to give them an opportunity to put it right. Basically saying No you can’t just cancel and we’re sorry we stole your money and gave you nothing in return. We will make sure we do something now.
Then the final nail in the coffin, if you appear even once in a 12 month period our service is delivered. But they charge you every month.
Absolute crooks, they create rubbish 1 page landing sites my 10 year old could do. Then charge you £600 a year for nothing.

Jason R Basak
Jason R Basak was speaking with me today and his professional manner and his confident knowledge of the company enabled us to arrive quickly at a resolution of the considerable problems I have endured since notifying Unitel Direct of the closure of my company many months ago! He is the most helpful person of the many with whom I have attempted to reach closure and I strongly recommend his approach and the experience of dealing with him. It has gone some way towards redeeming the negativity I have previously associated with his company. 17-20-2025.

These people are genuine scammers. They trick you into paying for advertising of your company on Google which never happens. They advertise you on search engines that no one uses. Trying to end the contract with them is a never ending process. They don’t let you cancel in advance even if it was already paid for in advance or they claim money for things you haven’t signed up for. Will take them to court to end this.
I wish there was a 0 star option. Their 5 stars reviews are totally fake

Scammers-Stay away from them!!!
Scammers-Stay away from them!!!
Got 2 “ packages” from them a year ago. Paid everything upfront thinking they would promote our business on Google page 1 like they said. Never happened. After few months tried to cancel everything so that we can get rid of them even if the packages were paid for a full year. They didn’t accept it. A couple of weeks ago called them to cancel the renewal, asked for the date of renewal for each service they provided and they us gave 2 dates. We cancelled the renewals to find out in September that there was another service ongoing which they failed to tell us about and now they are claiming £2400 to get our website back from them. Raised a complaint weeks ago and hasn’t been resolved or answered to. We will report them to ALL relevant authorities. This supposedly company should not trade in the UK as they are not complying with any regulations. If you experience similar issues report them. They need to be stopped.

Horrendous company to deal with!
Horrendous company to deal with!
Took thousands off me and ran.
Also tried to take our money for renewal, even though we informed them 5-6 times that we weren't renewing after the awful experience.
Stole thousands from us.

After experiencing such appalling…
After experiencing such appalling business practices it is a relief not to be wasting money for a useless service any more. Please don't waste any money with them as their rubbish landing page and listings on Yahoo and Bing won't get you any customers. See all the other 1 star reviews that say the same thing. Be warned they will ignore you unless you give notice to quit on the right day of the year. Total waste of money. They want you to leave a good review before you realise how bad they are.

The service works better for some websites/businesses than on others though. But they do their best
Unitel direct are a scam company
Unitel direct are a scam company, do not trust these reviews. The 'super friendly' staff make you leave a 5 star review. Then you get the terrible products and service. You complain, the 'super friendly' staff are not interested. Then you get the threats from the super unfriendly boss, then they hound you hoping you'll be compliant. If you're not the threats come in thick and fast. Seriously, do yourself a favour, Do not trust Unitel!!!
Now they claim not to know who I am. Surprising as they spent 18 months hounding me. I guess they have done it so often they lose track of who they threaten!

Beat Them in Court – Don’t Let Unitel Direct Bully You
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Unitel Direct cold-called me several times, claiming they were previously “118 Directories.” Their sales pitch promised me page 1 of Google in 6 weeks by creating a landing page that would redirect to my website. I was quoted £89 + VAT per month, with “guaranteed page 1 Google results.” During the call, the salesperson repeatedly mentioned Google and even showed me supposed Google results.
However, once I agreed verbally, they sent me a welcome pack which only mentioned Yahoo and Bing page 1 results and merely a submission to Google—nothing like what was promised on the phone. I realised I’d been misled and cancelled within 24 hours. I never signed the contract or set up the direct debit.
Despite this, Unitel continued setting things up without my consent. After looking into their reviews properly, I realised many of the positive ones appear to be fake, while genuine reviews are overwhelmingly 1 star. I even found posts from ex-employees admitting they were trained to mislead customers into thinking they’d get page 1 Google results when in reality it’s just Yahoo and Bing.
When I submitted a GDPR request, they delayed sending it and then provided edited call recordings—removing all mentions of “Google” from the sales pitch. In my opinion, this is a clear attempt to cover their tracks.
Unitel then tried to bully me into paying for their misleading services, sending court proceedings and even using aggressive payment enforcement calls. They even tried to have the case moved away from Middlesbrough, but I stood firm and insisted it stayed there. That was vital because Middlesbrough court knows this company very well and is aware of their reputation for rogue trading. I attended, defended myself, and won. In fact, they were ordered to pay me £411 in expenses.
If this happens to you, do not give in. Make sure you attend court in Middlesbrough if possible. Do not be intimidated if they try to move it elsewhere—stand your ground. The courts there are familiar with their tactics and you will get your expenses back.
This company thrives on deception, fake reviews, and bullying small business owners. I have reported them to Trading Standards, Watchdog, and the GDPR authorities for data manipulation.
Unitel Direct—a scam in my opinion, and business bullies. Don’t fall for it.

Why would you use this company
I can't recommend this company, there T&C are far to biased against you, for instance you will NOT get a cooling off period and you only have a 15 Day window to cancel.
There are plenty of companies out there that offer the same service, that have fairer T&C why would you use unitel.
