Our charity insurance renewal with another broker came in at a ridiculously increased price so I looked around for other brokers. Unity came up and so I gave them a try. Kirsten was very helpful and professional as well as being friendly. She understood our needs, answered my many questions and eventually got us a very good price and I look forward to dealing with Unity in the future. An added bonus is that their profits go to the Scouts, not anonymous shareholders.

The renewal went through very smoothly but we added two extra things. One of these has caused a lot of problems with asking questions. It is still not resolved after nearly a month. We feel that the questions being asked are being over thought by the insurers.

Natalie was incredibly helpful in helping the group. It was coming up time for us to renew our policy and Natalie phoned as a courtesy and took me through how to renew the policy and arranged for emails to be sent. She was professional, polite and helpful. We would highly recommend Unity's services in the future.

I asked for a quote for some equipment insurance. More information was requested, and once I provided this, I received a premium within a week, and within a couple more days the premium was paid and the policy was live. Friendly, helpful service from the person I dealt with throughout, thank you.

The renewal took place smoothly. The only negative comment I have, which I have expressed before, is the short time between the issue of the renewal and the actual renewal date. This doesn't give time to look for comparison quotes, which is probably why insurance brokers do this, but also can be an issue if somebody is away e.g. on holiday.
