I don't order from UDS often but the medicine I do order comes from another country. UDS personnel have always been very professional and helpful. Since my medicine comes from across the pond, it takes awhile to get here but worth the wait because of the price difference.
This last order came sealed in a plastic bag because the box had been crushed in transit and it was soaking wet. However, it was just the outside packaging that was damaged so I expect that was a postal issue.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very personable. He was very upfront about the cost. He said your company would contact the doctor. It was done in less than two days. My medication arrived in 3 weeks. I will definitely use you again. All my doctors are on board with that. I was referred by my brother and I will refer you to my friends. I ordered my prescription on December 1st. As of toy ( January 9th), I have not gotten this.
Terrible service, I have used U. D. S. for 15 years & have never had an order, not arrive this late.

Length of time to receive perscription
Ordering was simple and I understood cost. Uploading prescription was easy.
Once ordered I realized it would take 3-4 weeks to receive prescription because it was being shipped from Africa. I made the decision to wait but this resulted in me being without medicine for 3 weeks.

Tracking updates not provided
After 4 weeks since ship date still have not rcvd order and when I reached out was told no tracking number was available to me as I failed to select an added $10 fee when ordering. Was told to expect up to 4 more weeks. Overseas shipments can be expected to take some time but waiting up to 8 wks for meds with no clue as to actual arrival is not a good situation. Customer updates or tracking would ideally be the norm. Until I actually receive my order I can only give one star.
