Superb - thank you!
Honest, professional, reliable and polite. The completed work I was left with was superb quality with a high end finish that exceeded my expectations and for a significantly lower cost than several other companies I was quoted.
Cannot recommend the Universal Shutters team more highly. Even down to the smaller details of ensuring my home was restored back to its original state when clearing up after the install.
Elated with their work, thank you once again for your efforts.

Excellent service
Colin has been very helpful with his good advice and gave a competitive quote for my shutters. He Is meticulously efficient and has kept me well informed of progress in receiving the product through the Covid 19 pandemic. He has now fitted them this week and they were very thorough and their work excellent. I am so delighted with how they look and cannot praise their high standard of workmanship enough. I have recommended his company and they will be using him as a result. I will also recommend him highly to others.

Colin is very professional and his service throughout the process was dealt with efficiently. I highly recommend him and his team. Marcin who fitted the shutters was very meticulous and they look fabulous. I really am glad I chose Universal shutters.
After getting quotes from other companies who were more interested in money not the quality of service/product unlike Universal shutters, who were the opposite and wanted to make the customer happy.

Fantastic product - superb service!
We originally asked Colin to quote for shutters on our bay window but we were so impressed with product and how it looked we ended up getting the whole ground floor done. During the quotation process Colin was able to make some great suggestions regarding style and bespoke fitting options. Really please with the finished article, especially given the price we agreed was substantially less than quotes from other firms.
Everyone was very accommodating and considerate throughout the install, real craftsmenship!
Highly recommended!!

Great Personal Service
Delighted with the shutters that were recently installed and the service from start to finish was outstanding. Colin is a very knowledgeable guy and was able to offer better alternatives to our original requests which turned out to be cheaper so we even saved money. Turned up on time when he said he would, as did the carpenter who installed our shutters which look amazing. Friendly and professional, can’t ask for any more than that.

I am absolutely amazed by my shutters…
I am absolutely amazed by my shutters that have been installed and by this company. The shutters are exceptional quality really completes and compliments my living room & dining room. From the initial design appointment with Colin, everything was easy, comfortable, went into great detail about which style suited the room best and even the colours, he made me feel that I was getting 100% from the company and for my money. I was kept updated throughout the entire process, no chasing to find information, my installation was booked prior to the shutters being ready. I have already recommended this company to family and friends.
