I ordered a jacket and didn’t notice it was on a pre order
After sending an email explaining the situation I received a phone call back within 2 minutes the lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly and she changed the order straight away
My dry robe has arrived it was a present for my wife and she absolutely loves it and she has had lots of people asking where it was from
Smaller businesses are so much nicer to deal with
