Super speedy dispatch and personal contact made
They dispatched the goods within 24hrs but there was a problem caused by DPD who failed to deliver to my home and I had to collect from a post office. I sent universeofus an email of unhappiness and got a call back straight away, plus an sms from the owner who was travelling at the time, both apologetic and said that they would action with DPD. When placing your order, ask not to be delivered by DPD, they are flaming useless. I will definitely buy again from Universeofus.

Great customer service!

In the meantime, Kam was right on it, even when she was on holiday, I was informed promptly that her team will get that sorted next day. That was a first for me - fantastic customer service that went beyond what I expected.
