Straightforward transaction toon nice welcoming email from the company owner. Prompt delivery. Only slight downside was box was a little damaged and a cardboard bag they gifted was also a bit worse for wear as outer packaging too small and not robust enough

I found some Birkenstocks on their website that i’ve been searching for and have been sold out everywhere! They were really reasonably priced and arrived the next day (I didn’t pay extra for this!). They are also super speedy replying to emails as I had an issue with my address when I purchased and they rectified straight away (it was my fault and they were so helpful!) Will definitely be shopping here again!
