Extremely slow, conflicting info, embarrassment for Sweden

I contacted them several times over last few months, the reason always being one of my documents not being accepted (always the same one) I have corrected everything based on the call/email every single time; however, my applications got deleted because of the very same document. When I called them afterwards I got completely different information than previously. This happend for normal applications and late applications as well resulting in not being accepted to anywhere. At first I thought that having one website for all universities would be helpful, but it most definitely is not. They are super slow, unhelpful and it is a shame you are forced to use their services to ge accepted to a uni in Sweden.

Exremely frustrating experience

Exremely frustrating experience. While the staff are all pleasant, getting constant conflicting information from their website and their own information sources is confusing at best. The deadlines are far too short to accomplish anything especially with their slow turnaround rate + confusing messages.

Example: The application will state one message, but the personal messages will say another so we have had to call multiple times for clarification.

Example 2: The paperwork to qualify is explained on the website, and despite completely following instructions, we're told there's information missing. Why not give the full information to begin with?

Example 3: Chat has only been intermittently working, and several times the initial person on the phone doesn't speak the language well, and is difficult to understand.

Put altogether and there is a lot of stress wether we will be able to meet the deadline. It's not from lack of diligence on our end, but solely theirs.
