Great price
Great price, fast shipping, well packed and most of all exactly as described. My new go to place.
TERRIBLE SELLER!
The seller canceled my orders without warning, explaining that I was using a forwarding service. While they disabled shipping to Ukraine, they are suggesting using their direct shipping services. Additionally, I faced a lot of trouble because we (in Ukraine) have monthly payment limits on cards; as a result, I paid for the goods, exceeded my card limit, and got the orders canceled.

I contacted their support team multiple times but didn't get a response.
Their website looks awful 😞
Fast delivery and the CPU was spot on.
A great employee
The guy was personable and to the point and pleasant to talk to, he answered my questions.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
I paid 300 dollars for a USED GTX1080TI-Turbo 11g and they sent me a faulty gpu. The fan is so loud and never turns off - it is unusable. I tried to contact them to get a resolution and they completely blew me off. If you want an overpriced, faulty unit and 0 service, these are your guys. I saw someone on here saying they just kept their money and didnt send anything. wow.

First time ordering from company through their website.
Packing and tracking were excellent, the only slight downside was it took a few days to get shipped out the door. Note that it was not a problem for me as it was not an urgent order so keep that in mind when ordering.
UnixSurplus is always great!
Called to check on order on a Saturday
Called to check on order on a Saturday, and actually talked to someone. He checked on the order, realized that there had been an oversite, and got it resolved. Drives were shipped out Monday afternoon, and I received them Saturday afternoon (delay from UPS due to adverse weather). Got the drives swapped into the trays that my old Dell server uses, and they are working perfectly. Drives came wrapped in anti-static bag and bubble wrap bags and encased in more bubble wrap in the box. The even have labels stating the power on hours. 10/10 would buy from UNIXSurplus again.
Slow to ship but, everything else A++
These folks know how to package hard drives well and securely. 0 drives arrived DOA. Customer service in regards to price matching their eBay shop for a bulk order was A+ as well. My only complaint is that it took a week for them to ship my order. Sure amazon has spoiled us all with fast shipping but c'mon 3 days tops Unix Surplus for an order that does not involve a whole server build (s) and testing. I ordered on an early Monday morning and the order shipped until Friday. According to the testing verification stickers on them, they were all tested on the same day so it does not appear that testing the drives is the culprit to this delay. Overall however, a definite positive experience and will definitely return for more.
