I pretty much didn't need to coordinate with anyone until the day of, and I knew how much I was going to get fleeced in advance. It was useful for me - I was able to book a moving van in the middle of the night, when most firms would be closed - and encountered not a problem with my transaction.

After my parents passed away unexpectedly, I was forced to move their belongings in a pinch- and quickly. Grieving, I didn't want to talk to anyone, and I didn't feel up to calling 500 movers to explain what furniture needed to be moved, and find the best price. This weskit made it seamless.

The website let me choose exactly what I needed to move, and exactly when and where. The team came prompt on time, and confirmed prior to the moving date. They took a few extra items without charging me extra, and had a toolkit on hand when I needed to borrow tools. Highly recommend to anyone!

My move eventually finished, but communication of the details of what Unpakt provides to the whole transaction was rather lacking. In the future I'll probably just go direct to a mover.

I used Unpakt for three different moves in the past year. Unpakt worked well for me all three times, and the movers that worked with me were all good (some excellent). As far as pricing, it seemed to be fair pricing for all moves, even if it wasn't always the cheapest option.

3 days before I scheduled to move to our new home, we realized they it was unrealistic to move all of our belonging by ourselves. I found Unpakt, by luck, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was extremely easy to get quotes from reputable movers.

The movers arrive as scheduled and were wonderful! We even got a check back from Unpakt because we over estimated the amount of items we were moving.

Really glad I used Unpakt for my move from Boston to Bloomington, IN. I had a number of disputes with my mover and having Unpakt resolve them made the move much less stressful!

From the online interface used to plan my move down to the actual movers who came to my home-- I could not have been more pleased with the Unpakt experience. My estimate was 100% accurate. The team that came was friendly, professional, hardworking and wrapped every individual item to protect it for the move.

Basically this helped me out in a (too) quick move I had done recently, and I found a good mover in the process. I'm glad the move is over, and unpakt made it possible

It was a good experience. The company chosen were great hard-working guys that were very accomodating. The only downfall about the assignment of the moving company was that they used blankets that I had to pay for each one. So the original price was very off, almost 600$ that we didn't expect to pay. We are obligated to use the same company in order to make the money back. So besides the unexpected payments, the convenience of using the website was great.

Moving is always easier when you hire movers to do it for you, the problem is that it can be expensive and you're not sure if you're getting the best cost vs. reliability of the movers. Unpakt makes this decision easier by comparing the price and reviews of dozens of companies. I've already recommended this service to multiple friends who also had a positive experience with Unpakt.

I've used Unpakt for two of the four moves I've had in the past few years. Both Unpakt experiences were better (similar-more affordable and movers took better care of my stuff) than those with movers I found on my own. I liked knowing how things were priced. So, although I had a slightly different inventory on the day of the move than the one I submitted, I knew what the cost difference would be and the movers were very accommodating. I recommend.

I found Unpakt through a little Googling. Unpakt was extremely transparent in providing me an exact price beforehand. I found a company at a reasonable price, and they emailed me to confirm within 12 hours.

Come moving day, they showed up on time and took a quick look at everything I had, packed it up, and moved me on my way.

Such a great interface. Very easy to pick items that will be moved and change as you pack. Great movers and depth of ratings. Would recommend to anyone!

My favorite part of Unpakt is that it is easier to input your information (no one has to come to your apartment), and they give you options that are much less expensive than other flat rate services. So far I have used the service twice. This first time I didn't select the best movers AND I didnt input the right information, so I ended up not very satisfied, but it was my own fault.

The second, most recent experience was great. I learned my lesson and ordered more boxes through Jugglebox, their partner, and double checked my inventory. I also did proper due diligence on the moving company. They did not disappoint.

Overall, Unpakt made the entire process as smooth as it could have been. Next I will try their packing/unpacking feature and see how the moving companies perform. Hopefully that wont be for a few years!

Unpakt took the legwork out of trying to find and price movers; ive moved several times in the past few years, and this was by far the least painful experience I've had moving. The movers were on time, very professional, and overall a great experience.

I would certainly recommend Unpakt to friends, family, and colleagues for their next move.

The team of three at BRS did an excellent job of moving my family from our third floor walk up apartment to a single family home. The biggest issue was our treadmill but they did a great job going up and down the stairs without damaging any of our freshly painted walls. In total, it took about two hours to pack up the truck and less than an hour to unload. Thank you!

Unpakt made what could have been a haphazard, complicated and frustrating move simple and seamless to schedule. The ability to tally my items and get a quote accordingly was reassuring and I ended up with an amazing moving company!
