Started using unthin about 9 months ago after noticing my hair thinning around my crown. Was a bit sceptical at first, but within 10 weeks I started noticing new growth. I use it twice a day. Customer service is always great. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly and delivery’s always been on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about it.

I have been using this product for a few years and swear by it. My hair was starting to become noticeably thin, but within about 3 months of using unthin - it was back to normal. I kept up my regime and its noticeably thicker these days. I wouldn't go without.

I have been using Unthin for quite a few years now and it has definitely stemmed the hair loss and I feel confident it’s still working so continue to use twice a day. The customer service is great and always quick to reply if you need anything or need to pause your next bottle for example. I Highly recommend to people if hair loss is on the horizon for them. Start the sooner the better would be my tip.

The photo tracking process is a condition of the guarantee, not a box we tick for fun, and it wasn't completed on your account — which is why the refund couldn't go ahead. Ironic to call us the scam here, given the bit that was skipped was the bit that protects customers. We're sorry it's not the outcome you hoped for, but we stand by the decision.

Decent, easy to use product
Decent, easy to use product. Used the ‘original’ formula for 10 months now. Was starting to thin out on my crown, quite significantly. Definitely an improvement since I first started using the product. Seems to have stalled now, unfortunately. Maybe using it a bit earlier would’ve made more of a difference. But, at 42 now, just thankful I’m getting a few more years with my hair.

I was charged for an order on the 20th March (it’s now 16th April), it never arrived. I’ve emailed customer services on several occasions and not had a response. No refund, no reply. Avoid!

Been using it’s about four years about…
Been using it’s about four years about 500 quid a year. Not really impressed with it in fact really thinking of stopping it now.
Since getting the reply below and despite emailing them I have heard nothing!! So much for loyalty and 400 odd quid a year!!

My new daily routine
I noticed my hair beginning to thin around the front of my head, so I started using Unthin. Within just a few weeks, I could visibly see my hair looking thicker and healthier.
I highly recommend pairing it with the gummies — they taste great and give my body important vitamins like biotin.
I also use the roller, which really helps stimulate blood flow to my scalp.
Overall, Unthin has been an amazing experience for me! Definitely would recommend.
