Quality products at a reasonable price. I ordered a Heatrae Sadia Megaflo Cold Water Combination Valve (Mk3) 95605817 and a Temperature & Pressure Relief Valve TPR15 95605810 for my hot water tank. Significant savings compared to the plumbers supplier. The plumber was happy to fit them and it fixed the problem. Good customer service when I phoned about the items I was planning to buy. Prompt delivery. Would recommend.

coming across a unvented cylinder that i've not worked on before, phoning the company at 3:30 the part was with me the next day before 12pm, (just a small fee for that service). phoning the company about 4 times to get the information about the parts within a period of 10, i spoke to 3-4 different staff and got a 10/10 response from each staff.

Terrible service / Poor Quality
Terrible service. Supplied two Thermostats. One was faulty. They did send a replacement out quickly, but refused any form of good will gesture. I sent pic/video of the problems this faulty thermostat caused and the additional cost to me, but that's not something they cover. So if you want to deal with a decent, friendly quality company, don't use Unvented Components.
In reply to Kia, the Terms and conditions are not made clear during any point of the transaction, but are really well hidden within their website. So to help anyone out, here they are....
28.4 This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse or negligence.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including additional costs incurred due to a faulty item.

We were, of course, concerned to hear that one of the thermostats supplied was faulty, and we acted immediately to send out a replacement as soon as the issue was brought to our attention. We’re glad this reached you promptly and hope it resolved the functionality concerns.
Regarding your request for a goodwill gesture, I understand your frustration, and I’d like to assure you this decision wasn’t made out of unwillingness to help. As clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions — which are available at the point of purchase — we are not liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of product faults. This is standard practice in our industry, but we do always aim to handle such situations fairly and with transparency.
What has surprised and disappointed us however, is the wording of your review prior to your edited version. We've made every effort to communicate politely and professionally throughout our correspondence with you. While we fully respect your right to share your experience, we were taken aback by the offensive language used, which we feel is unfair and uncalled for.
If there's anything further we can do to clarify our position or assist you with the replacement item, we're happy to help - but we would appreciate the same courtesy and respect in return that we strive to provide to all our customers.
