Upad - The UK's largest online letting agent 

It was a great experience. We discussed the advert on Saturday morning, it was on the net 30 minutes later. Two hours later the telEgon was ringing non stop. All the people who called were very nice. The Upad staff were helpful and never tired to explain and to help me whenever I had a question about the legal question of the whole process.

I have just used Upad for the second year running and I couldn't be happier with the service. Always contactable by phone or email (will even call you back by keeping your place in the queue when lines are busy) and super helpful staff always easy to deal with. On both occasions we have found really great tenants and Upad did all the hard work for me in relation to tenancy agreement/deposit collection/itinary etc...basically everything from taking initial photographs of the property to the day the tenants moved in and all in between. I would highly recommend Upad to anyone looking to rent their property. Definitely 5 star.

As a landlord I find Upad’s services great. The level of communication is excellent and I receive an emailed update every day confirming where things are in the process. The cost of their services is fantastically competitive in comparison to high street agents and I find the level of response and help much better. There is always someone at the end of the phone if I need to call but for the most part I don’t need to because where things are is made so clear. I have rented properties a few times now with Upad, I would recommend them to anyone and think their service is brilliant. Thanks Upad for developing a great offering and providing a much needed alternative to high street agents.

Excellent letting experience. Uploaded my photos and wrote a property description with some help from the amazing staff and my advert was up within half hour. I received so many tenant enquiries over the weekend and set up viewings almost straight away. I was able to complete the referencing at the fraction of the cost too. Helpful and efficient staff always one phone call away should you have queries regarding any aspect of the service. Would not hesitate to use them again at all. Also get a cash voucher for recommending a friend. Win win situation for me!

Their software system is good and easy to use to upload my properties.

Reliable and time worthy enquiries are sent to us. We previously used another company but they only sent enquiries during normal office hours, Mon to Fri. Upad send enquiries as soon as they arrive (whatever time, whatever day) so we don't miss the opportunity to capture that potential tenant. Ads are dealt with in the same timely manner too - usually uploaded to Right Move, Zoopla etc within half-an-hour.

Used the service to advertise a rental property.
Excellent service straight forward and easy to use. We attracted 6 enquiries and let our property very quickly. The ad appears on the main search engines including rightmove and is excellent value for money.

Wonderful letting experience revamped an add i have used before and it was up in 30 mins. Within i had two phone calls and i saw the first applicants in a few hours i had let the flat to the first viewers who paid the deposit the same night . Could not ask for anything more. I also had about 10 others contact me within a day , good applicants too.. And it only £142.Will use again

Very easy to use for private landlord, and gets exposure on the critical websites potential renters use - Zoopla, Rightmove etc.
Excellent value, particularly if you do the photography and write up yourself, though professional photography etc may be worth it if you are in a difficult market.

I have been so impressed with Upad. I paid for the full service and it was excellent. They were incredibly professional through out and my account manager Mirela was brilliant. I found tenants for my property after two hours of it being on the market. This is the way forward for Landlords. So pleased I'm not paying an estate agent 10% each month.Also it's so much better having direct contact with your tenants. Highly recommend.

This was easy to use and I successfully found new tenants within just a few days. I couldn't ask for more.

Not very good in Scotland as they won't cover the lease or check-in as presumably they can't be bothered to work out the legal differences in Scotland in order to offer this service.

Don't buy inventory service as the availability is poor - per the online booking system. I tried to book and there was nothing any time soon, so I had to go elsewhere. Upad refused to refund me because I didn't call them to book. It seems if you call, then they must be able to find more appointments. A bit dishonest in my opinion. They send an email once the 14 day refund period is over to tell you that you can't have a refund, rather than a reminder before the 14 days is up.

I found an alternative local company who charged only £75 instead of Upad's £165. I feel thoroughly ripped off, but I guess I should have done my homework before buying their services. It has now cost me £240 for an inventory on a 2 bed flat. Thanks Upad.

Now I have a credit on my account, but I don't want to use Upad again.

Upad has always been good platform for us in finding the tenants for our properties.
