A great reminder of my trip to Nepal in 1976. I can now see it as often as I like and show friends and family (most of whom were not born when I did the trip, though they've heard about it often!). The photos arrived safely, in good time and were clear and well done. I would definitely use the service again and am already planning which slides to send off. Good transfer of pictures from slides to Jpeg onto CD.

Only comment I would put is that they should allow a review of pictures before finishing as two were not great. And would have told them to delete them first. The two unwanted slides were not the fault of there processing but quality of slides were not viewable from home.

Very speedy response - excellent quality images from some very old negatives - lovely memories saved.

I have exclusively been using Jason to scan my negatives; slides; printed items for a few years. I cannot fault his services, always top notch, fantastic scans at a realistic price, I have posted him piles of old dirty negs and he works his 'magic' on them...he is a craftsman. I keep coming back with a new load so that tells you what you need to know. It must be up to 500 scans by now and not a single dud.

Absolutely fantastic service.
I had 100 of my grandads old transparencies digitised. The job was completed within a week; all files were numbered as per my request; all originals handled with care and were back in my possession quickly and carefully.

My recent negative scans by Update Media were first class, as usual. What I like is the fact that they are scanned in very high definition, over 10 Mbs per neg in fact. Whilst some of my negatives are quite fuzzy to begin with the fact that the scans are high definition lends themselves to a lot of editing and manipulation. Thus, even though a certain pixel loss occurs, the finished article is in high definition.

The correspondance from the company was clear and concise at every step.
Payment was secure and very easy.
The return postage was very secure.
The whole process was really speedy.
I was delighted with the quality of the photographs and, indeed the whole process.
This is a company I will use again!
