Updater was a huge help even though some things didn’t apply or needed a reminder but a great resource to have especially with a busy schedule like mine.

Loved it and appreciated the reminders.

Updater is a good website to remind me of what I needed for my new place as it had been a while. I would prefer to receive less frequent e-mails and also to be able to more easily check off a to-do as done so I will stop receiving reminders for it.

Very helpful resource ! Everyone hates moving and it was nice to have resources available if I needed them. I didn't use the all but it made things easier.

Very thankful for this company, they are very professional I had two movers they did a great job and got the move done quickly and I recieved lots of reminders :) I will use again

Moving is and has always been a great deal but with updater where you are constantly reminded and furnished with moving tips and aides, it becomes less stressful.

My experience with the company was great the property manager was the best very intelligent and helpful. Miss Beverly to be exact she make sure she was on time to make my moving easier. I just want to tell her a big thank you . I will recommend persons to come and rent their homes. It is a very safe community to live in very kids friendly and close proximity to everything.

Leo Apartments are nice. Location is close to the Metro, The Wharf, Safeway, CVS, etc. Happy with my home.

After a long search for the perfect home in the area, I found what felt true to my heart. Aventon Gem Lake is not only a beautiful brand new apartment complex but also a place with the sweetest, most helpful staff! The way they welcome new residents is top notch and they make the process so enjoyable and easy for you. Not to mention the breathtaking lake views and office area🫶🏻… So if you’re considering moving, stop your search cause this is THE PLACE TO BE.

Love the reminders and suggestions. Just when you think you have it all together, Updater made a suggestion or had a reminder to help me stay on track. My move went well and very pleased with the help from all the services I needed to make my move a success! Thank you!

Arrive Chadds Ford is a very good place to live before you buy your own home. The property is quiet, safe and well managed. The staff members are all very nice and helpful.

Move in was fast and painless. Approved within a day. Place is really nice and newly renovated!

The staff was very helpful in helping me move in, especially Terry! Terry went above and beyond with the communication and making sure I set everything up right.

Leasing team are very professional and helping me with the leasing process. Montage at Cinco Ranch is a very quiet peaceful and beautiful to live in. I highly recommend to live here.
