It all went smoothly except for the forwarding of my address, which for some reason didn't work and I had to do independently.

WE GET THE APARMENT AS EMERGENCY! OFFICE STAFF ARE INCREDIBLE SO UNFRENDLY! the moving day signing paperwork, it was ok after that everything has to be done online. I went to the office to ask for a mailbox key they not even look at me they were looking to the computer, call the Maintenace person no body answer they just said we will call you when we have an answer. ok ? bye

Moving to Aster at Lely resort has been very welcoming. Great people in the office, Matt went above and beyond to ensure every step of the way was comforting for me. Nick was also a great help throughout the process. Charles just came to check the unit to see if there's anything that needs replacing. I can't thank you all enough for providing a beautiful place to live. Very much appreciated 🙏🏻
