Had a website problem with overseas shipment restriction, My failure to complete the order was quickly picked up by their order processing people who emailed me directly. The company responded swiftly, corrected the shipping restriction and products were promptly dispatched and received. Great service and first class attention to customer requirements.

A very quick response to my requisition, it took from early Friday morning to Sat morning to receive the ordered items. Additionally, the items were a fraction of the price of one highly listed company offered i.e. all 4 items and postage was under £10 from B.B., whilst the major advertised outlet were charging £8 per item alone. An easy to navigate website and processing underpinned their success.
