Superb upholstery supplies
I ordered some upholstery supplies from Black Barn and am delighted with their service. Not only did I very reasonable prices, there was free delivery for my order and I received it the very next day. I am absolutely delighted with their products, their service and their company as a whole. And as an extra bonus I received a personalised message from the company welcoming me to their website and thanking me for my custom. Superb!!!!

Chair repair
Ordered some serpentine springs for a chair repair but forgot to order clips etc at the same time. Rang the company, the man I spoke to could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable!
He identified the bits I needed and posted them out that day gratis.
Could not be more impressed with the customer service of this company, hence five stars.

Service was excellent, royal mail delivery was well on time ( thank you postie).. word of warning, product has a very pungent smell. Maybe a little air freshener could be added!!! Boy did it whiff.
