Rachel was as kind as ever, telling me straight up what the issue could be when my card was getting declined.
Other customer service reps should follow her steps because it was a blast finding out the issue in the end!

Firstly, Uppbeat is a music library I have been using and will continue to use for some so many good reasons and to top it all, the team at Uppbeat (Rachel) was very helpful with resolving the some issues I was having downloading music.

Great! I started using this 2 years ago on the unpaid teir, now I pay 200 a year and it is fully worth it.

I have used Uppbeat for many years now. I love the music and effects that are available to me. Plan on using the LUTZ next. Always found the time consuming part was to find music that was within the timeframe of my video clip(s). Thought I would make a suggestion and was replied to quickly. And wouldn't you know it there was a way to do it already that I just didn't know how to get to. Now it will be much faster to complete my videos!!

I switched to Uppbeat after a year with another leading provider. I'm a small content creator (saying that still makes me cringe!) who values the importance of good music to accompany my travel/vanlife content. Uppbeat has so far delivered! And when you add to that a huge SFX and LUTs library, well, it's the complete deal. I have yet to fail at finding an appropriate song or piece of music to accompany my work.
