A large selection of audio, with many ways to refine your searches. Being able to protect my YouTube channel is a great relief.

been using uppbeat for my youtube channel for about 6 months now and the music quality is genuinely better than what i was getting on other platforms. had a licensing question and Dano got back to me same day with a clear answer which i wasn't expecting honestly. only thing id like is more lo-fi options but thats a personal thing

Upbeat is a fantastic place to get music, sound effects and more for your content. They are always adding new music and other content to the site. But not only that- the support is honestly the best I’ve experienced. I had some issues with my account because I made a mistake so I reached out to the support team. They were so gracious and helpful to me. I really appreciated it! They are also budget friendly! I highly recommend them!

What makes me stick with upbeat is the variety of music. I used epidemicsound but the music in upbeat is better suits me. Only drawback is upbeat doesnt have music trim option. Or the option to downgrade plans. We have to cancel subscription and then resubscribe to the plan suited.

I reached out to Uppbeat Customer Service after my 3 free downloadable Lut's were not showing in my Account. Dano O'Brien responded quickly, helped troubleshoot my issue and even sent me a link to download my Lut's. That's flat out Outstanding assistance and great advice. He's already reached out to the Technical Team to see what's causing my issue. Dano, thanks for the very quick and Outstanding assistance.

I'm still trying the website for a few months. My question for contact them was specific, looking for a long generic FAQ or being on a loop talking to a bot was not an option.

I thought it could be brushed aside rather quickly like many contact e-mails often do, but it was answered fast, it was clear, and it was detailed.

Good variety of effects and music. The price is a little high for the lesser plan, imo, set at approximately 20% higher than what seems to be fair market. Filter and navigation on the site needs some tweaking, again, imo. Overall, I like what they have to offer!

I chose one year of Uppbeat as a gift to my friend. I wasn't sure how the subscription would be managed in that case and contacted their support. They explained everything to me in a very nice manner and did everything I needed to be done.

As other reviewers have stated, they blatantly lie on their website by displaying that an asset is available for free when it is absolutely not. Then they respond to our negative reaction by telling us we're "confused". See this dishonest and insulting reply to another user: "I'm really sorry for any confusion caused here". We aren't confused, you intentionally mislead us, and you know it. Luckily I used a fake burner email address to sign up as I always to with dodgy unknown sites like this.
