Great Product / Highly Recommend

I found Uppbeat to be superb. Lots of options and really high quality selections. And the support group was always prompt and very helpful. Because of Uppbeat my film, which was destined to look pretty amateurish, now looks shockingly professional. I am very happy with my entire Uppbeat experience.

Beyond impressed!

I am beyond impressed and grateful for the incredible customer support behind Uppbeat. The organization I work for had a unique situation that Uppbeat's team was more than willing to help us with. Dano, the support specialist I worked with, was extremely helpful and responsive. Not to mention the amazing variety of music the Uppbeat library has to offer--it's elevated my work tremendously!

Fantastic support—saved the day!

I accidentally ended up with two accounts due to an old and new email address, which meant I was being charged twice. Uppbeat’s support team was incredible—they didn't just cancel the old account, but proactively found a way to refund my fees for the year. A huge thank you for the honest and kind support!

Copyright issue resolved

I had an problem regarding a copyright issue with YouTube and a representative of an artist. Uppbeat was very apologetic and professional in their approach and was straight on it, advised me as to what I could do and performed their own investigations. The issue was resolved very quickly and are working towards avoiding this happening again for me and other creators. Thanks Uppbeat and Dano in particular for his/their hard work

Customer Service is What Matters - EXCELLENT!

Original comment: I paid for a subscription. However I've been unable to register my YouTube channel. Help file/process has not worked.

Edit: Wow! Talk about customer service! Rachel from Uppbeat contacted me via e-mail almost immediately. She coached me through the process until we finally came to the conclusion, it was YouTube that was the sticking point. Once I got that resolved, safelisting my channel with Uppbeat was a snap! It was not their issue, but rather my ignorance in properly using YouTube. Thank you Rachel for sticking with me! This is what customer service is supposed to be!
