I spoke with Jack who is in my opinion the best person to speak to at customer support. He is very knowledgeable and gets right to the point so you can get back to the dining room. I’m new to the Upserve system and am still figuring things out. It makes it a lot less stressful when you know the customer support will be fast and efficient.

We had a terminal problem to start the day and Samuel was so helpful in fixing the problem. We communicated back and forth for about an hour and he was working hard to fix the issue. He walked me through every possible solution and didn’t give up until he was able to figure out the answer. Thanks Sam for saving the day!
I have been trying for several months…
I have been trying for several months to get a response on changing Handhelds and each time no one would contact me back. Now that Lightspeed is involved, I tried again and reached Greg with my questions on getting different handheld devices. He was very fast in responding with the answers I needed, and connected me with the correct person to assist me, Trey. Thank you for taking the time to better the service and Greg's personal touch in assisting me was a needed relief. It saved us from switching to a different POS system. I am eager to see how things will be continuing to improve, you are off to a great start with us.

This one has it all. In fact, the only reason I didn't give it 5-stars is that it's a bit too robust for our small business.

I can’t say how great the support team was at Upserve. I had a problem and I had the pleasure of getting Tyler to help me solve it. He was nice and really cared about getting me through it. I was very impressed with how hard they tried to help.
Upserve support specialist a gem!
The support specialist was incredibly informed on how Upserve works under circumstances caused by human error. He was able to untangle three separate transactions for me that weren't clear from the receipts I was looking at.

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent, easy to use POS, only thing I am not a huge fan of is adding new items or modifications on the back end. It is a bit more steps than I like but overall the staff likes using it. Also refunding customers is way easier than any other system we have used, which is awesome. I do recommend.

Great Customer Care
Our business has used Upserve for quite some time. I was recently set up with my own log in and was having some trouble accessing my account. The crew was able to talk with me in less than a minute and got me up and running very quickly!
24/7 support
We have had a couple of issues lately that took some time to diagnose and work out and I really appreciated how patient the technical support team was in staying on the line and helping me find a solution. They made sure everything was functioning properly before signing off. It is also great to be able to get support 24/7 since the hospitality industry usually needs support outside of normal business hours.
I’ve been in the midst of service hell
I’ve been in the midst of service hell, made a mistake, and the help staff have always been attentive, get the job done, and have never made me feel as inept as I am. They’re great folk.
Helpful Customer Service
Customer service was wonderful. I couldn't quite do what I needed to do (unpublish an online form) but I could at least turn it off and the representative was very patient in getting me to do what was really a very simple task.

Topher was great! Responded very quick and gave me more than what I was asking for. Upserve is great. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had.
