Wouldn't buy again
I don't think I would buy again from Upway. I made an order to buy an electric bicycle and an AXA lock from their website.
First of all, I received the bicycle and the lock 2 different days. Which is not super convenient if you want to use the bicycle the same day as it was delivered.
When it was delivered, the delivery company simply unloaded and left the bicycle which was in a box, in front of the door. When we asked before unloading if they could take it by car, a few meters away to our garage, they didn't reply and they ignored.
While this is the delivery company's fault, I would believe that a big company like Upway would choose better shipping partners.
Additionally, when they sent us the AXA lock, the lock came with only 1 key. On the website it indicated that the lock would come with a set of 2 keys. When I opened a ticket to customer support they told me that it can happen and it is safe. Since I didn't want to risk it, I requested for a replacement. The first time I was ignored, but when I bothered them again, they did accept to send a new one with 2 keys. Apart from that, as they weren't any instructions paper on how to attach the lock to the bicycle, they simply shared some bullet point basic instructions by email.
The second AXA lock I received also is missing some plastic parts but at this point I am not going to bother returning it.
By the way the AXA locks do not come with a setscrew with hollow head so you cannot attach the AXA lock if you don't have those with you on your bicycle.
So basically I wouldn't recommend it for sure.
