I’ll definitely buy from Upway again

I’ll definitely buy from Upway again. It’s great that I found a bike that other shops said was ‘hard to find.’ There was a small issue—they included the wrong Allen keys for adjusting the handlebar—but it’s minor, and I wasn’t planning to use their tools anyway.

Very disappointing product

Very disappointing product. The battery range especially what's declared on the website is a complete lie. I will try my best to slander you whenever and wherever possible online and otherwise to avoid other people being scammed by you in future.

Very good experience

The bike was perfect , it has been sold as refurbished ( 5 km ) but practically was a new bike, happy about the whole experience , highly recommended

I wanted to return it due to defected…

I wanted to return it due to defected charger. They made everthing incredibly easy for me. My special thanks to Dieuwke, Djordy, Sam and all the support line employees. They were incredibly kind with me. I returned it but I can say that upway is a trustworthy website. If I ever decide to buy a bike , it will be purchased from upway.

Great customer service

Great customer service, very responsive and solutions oriented. I got a full refund without any difficulties or complications when there was an issue with a bike I got within the first month of use. I have purchased from them again as a result.

I bought a bike

I bought a bike, that kept making problems, Upway customer service reacted always very quick with goal oriented suggestions for repairs and offered a swap after several failures of repair, giving me refund of the buying price although I put more than 1000 km on the motor. Very fair, very quick, very customer oriented. They make true, what they promise. Highly recommended!

Great cost effectiveness

I got a great, almost unused bike (Trek Powerfly+ 4 2025 model) from upway in such a low price tag. Delivery was not free, but understandable for a bulky item. Quick replies to my concerns via email.

I will buy from upway again

I will buy from upway again. Great that I found a bicycle bicycle shops told me is "hard to find". [One small problem - they provided the wrong Allen-Keys (inbus seleutel) for the 'adjustment' of the handle bar, but this is minor, and I was not going to use their tools anyway.....]
