I recently ordered a bike and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The delivery was exactly as promised, with no issues at all. The bike itself is of great quality and fully meets my expectations.
A special mention for the customer service, which is truly outstanding: responsive, helpful, and professional throughout.

I ordered two bikes
I ordered two bikes, I received my bike in about two days and honestly was a great experience. Unfortunately my wife's bike was tracked to the city we live in but after a few days of no contact I reached out to customer service and it took some correspondence but they gave us hope it was still coming. I was reimbursed the delivery fee which was nice. they said they had reached out to the shipping company.
Finally after another few days I reached out to the shipping company who has informed me that the package is lost and I needed to reach out to upway. how do you lose a package of that size?
The part that is very irritating is the fact is that upway customer service gave us some hope that it was still on it way but obviously is not. The bike was not cheap. I really wanted to like this company because of the experience I had with my bike but unfortunately this has ruined any good part of that experience. I have emailed customer service with the information and screenshots from the shipping company telling me it is lost but have yet to be contacted back. I work in customer service and unfortunately this is not good service for the money spent.

Happy with the Como and Upway too for coming to the plate and making things right.

An easy option
I was contemplating what to do with two e-bikes I have not been using but wanted to try to find one setup that worked for me. Up way me to easy to consolidate what I had and find what worked.

This is my go to ebike website from now on. I out an ebike in the cart to see my final price with shipping and taxes. Then I left the site and the next morning I had a text from someone from Upways. They checked in to see if I had any questions and I I was still interested in purchasing the bike. I was and he answered all my questions. I ended up purchasing the bike that day, Sunday. The bike showed up in Wednesday, fast shipping! Bike was in great shape and well packed. I will absolutely purchase from them again. The only downside is selection. If they don’t have what you want then I have to look elsewhere.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. I had a terrible experience with Upway and specifically a representative named Shon. I received a ~$9,000 bike with major, undisclosed carbon frame damage and a non-functioning dropper post—issues that should have been obvious during any legitimate inspection.
Despite this, Upway refused to take responsibility and instead demanded I pay to return the bike. When I asked for documentation of their so-called “50-point inspection,” they would not provide it and simply repeated their demand for a return.
This raises serious concerns about their inspection process and disclosure practices. At best, it reflects poor quality control; at worst, it feels intentionally misleading. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from them.

Unfortunately the wrong bicycle was delivered. But the aftercare customer service was great! It made the annoying process of returning the bicycle, waiting for the refunds and order a new one very clear and way less stressful. A genuine care for customer experience was felt. Thank you Leon.

Fast delivery, lots of accurate pictures. Description was OK but some technical details, suspension travel etc seem to be generic and incorrect but its easy to research the specific model elsewhere.

Sending text messages in the middle of the night (3:00) and wake people in their sleep is the most stupid thing I ever experienced. Warning: do not communicate your mobile phone number to Upway !!!!!!!!
Tooks a month for delivery and arrived scratched
1/ it tooks a month for delivery and despite you reimbursed the fee, it is quite surprising
2/the bike arrived with minor scratches all over and a twisted front luggage holder. The bike was wrapped un in wrapping plastic, no cardboard, no protection at all, hence the marks and scratches
3/the support was reactive and helpful
