This company is a complete joke
This site is a complete joke! I have a brand new Transition Regulator Carbon XT Di2 with a MSRP of $10,500. When I say brand new, I mean it literally is still in the original wrapping it came with when it was shipped. I put an additional $4K in upgrades (dealer installed) into it and Upway said they were willing to give me $3,105 for the bike.
Do yourself a favor and tell these guys to take a hike. You are better off selling your bike at your local garage sale than deal with this "company".
I had to recheck the bike when it…
I had to recheck the bike when it arrived. The rear brake needed adjusting, the battery clip was loose, the handlebars were loose but not only in the correct place for packing but lots of other bolts were not tight. I have play in the handlebar clamp which I cant get rid of so I think this part I will need to replace, the bike was dirty and I would have expected just a wipe over with a rag and some cleaner as a minimum. Otherwise battery function and performance is OK. I would like to claim on the guarantee for the handlebar clamp.

I asked several questions pre purchase and the response was positive. They even emailed me back with more details about the bike after their initial contact. The bike was packaged very well. It runs and looks as is expected from the picture and description. I would definitely be willing to purchase another bike from them if the occasion arises

I was very happy with the overall Upway experience. Prompt communication and fair price for my one-year old e-bike.
My only negative comment is regarding the box I purchased from Upway to ship my bike in. The instructions were very confusing- basically I built the box without any help. (Unclear written instructions). The video instructions didn’t apply to the product I bought.
Other than that I was happy using Upway.
Incredible Bike, even better deal and support.
This is my second purchase from Upway. This time I bought a Specialized Levo4 Pro, snagged for an amazing price. The bike was like new, but I believe it had been used as a demo. Saved me thousands. Because it's so hi-tech, I had a little trouble getting it set up, but my local Specialized dealer was able to get me going and Upway provided really great support all the way through. E-MTBs can be very expensive, but Upway provides a great option to save money if you're patient for the right deal.

Quality care with superbly impressive rapport
Its been a total of 2 years that ive been looking for the perfect ebike to use as a way to help the environment and cut my financial hardship in affordability of high gas prices. And in my venture I have researched many options but nothing that felt right. However it wasn't until recently I found you!! Ive seen more options and compatability that sets you higher then others. You communication and availability is pristine to what i need in order to make a perfect commitment for my purchase. This isn't a simple question with a half thought answer. What you see is what you get..very accurate!
All pictures online show the bikes true condition and represented what l received. Shipping container and packaging was well done. The online tech notes were accurate. The interactions (email) with everyone were spot on. They adjusted my delivery date to match my needs. Awesome experience, love the bike.

Overall the experience has been very good. The bike went together fairly easy. Looked good and fit well based on the measurements provided.
I took the bike on the test ride and I am concerned about the amount of noise coming from the electronic assist/ motor.
Ad stated that bike was new, and had 38 miles. The computer shows 883km.i don’t know what to do at this point about the motor noise but will likely take to a local bike shop.
Please advise what other steps I should take.
I finally bit and bought an ebike
I finally bit and bought an ebike. I prob could have gotten a better deal on Craigslist or eBay or fb marketplace. But this one comes with a year warranty. I have already had to contact them for silly things like how to attach the light that was dangling. Or how to turn the light on. Or why the seat was so bent? All figured out either by myself or was told the seat was to relieve genital fatigue. ;) I love the bike. I think I got a good deal. I was disappointed to see that the front fender was zip tied on and it was not represented very well in the pictures-kinda like they were trying to hide it? But I’m getting a replacement hopefully. It’s a foreign bike company. But that’s what I get for not researching super well. I also loved it was a used bike. More environmentally responsible.
