I feel like I purchased a lightly used high end mountain bike for a standard mountain bike price. The pickup was painless, and I am thankful to live in the LA area. The selection process was easy, and I have been looking and waiting for the last 18 months for the right bike.

The whole exp was great, just as advertised. In very happy with my e-bike.

Great bike at a good price. Delivery tines are poor and one pedal broke on the first outing but the main bits, motor and battery are very good

The lower than lowball offer put Upway in the bottom-feeder class. Offered 25% on a bike that cost 2k, in immaculate condition, 8 miles. Upgrages of $600 totally disregarded. But, the process of getting an offer was quick.

Good quality of bike, good price , delivered on time, and well informed beforehand . problem with the box damaged and the front light totally broken, but immediately reimbursed as i needed to buy another one.

The Aventure 3 bike that I ordered arrived in near-new condition and was packaged even better than Aventon packs their bikes when new. Thats saying a lot, because Aventon did a great job with the last bike I ordered from them. The process from Upway was veery easy, the shipping was quick, and the pricing was good. What more could you want?

Just impossible to contact you by phone - more interactive and complete than email.
And no instruction for user for my gazelle bike: I had to discover that the battery should be ON before the computer

Stumbled across the web page while looking to get a new bike. The whole experience was great, found what I thought I wanted and scheduled the phone consultation. They found even a better bike for the same cost. Bike was shipped from NY to California and I received the bike in 5 days. Was impressed with how well the bike was packed for shipping. All I had to do was put the handlebars and front tire on to complete assembly. Very happy with the entire process and will definitely buy the wife a new bike from Upway.

I went to the NYC Showroom. In the notes I provided, prior to my meeting, I mentioned a certain price point. When I arrived, I had completed additional research and realized that perhaps my budget was a little low. Still, the very helpful attendant went out of his way to stay within my budget--and he came pretty close. There was only one person there (sorry; I don't remember his name), but he handled himself very well. When appropriate, he recommended certain add-ons and suggested that I decline others. FYI, they might consider opening additional showrooms. There was a happy couple there who had driven in from Connecticut. I will buy again, should the need arise.

My bike was very reasonably priced, arrived fast and very well packaged! Customer service is excellent and will resolve any issues you might have. Highly recommended.

The reaction on my problem was very quick and very usefull. I was very surprised. This is an example for many companies.

Delivery was very good, bike well packed and arrived at the time stated - very good communication. Bike as described, very good condition. Great communication when I had questions prior to purchase. Would recommend Upway. Saw the same bike in a shop in France for 1,300 Euros more with the same warranty. Recommend Upway A+

I can't believe the deal I got on my e-bike!! I'm so happy!!

Upway sent me the wrong bike, accepted it, and offered me 0€ compensation. Only option is to return the bike, the thing is, the bike that I bought (or similar) is no longer available
