Ordered from them since Oct 2025, they scammed me out of my money. Countless emails, no response! I need my money back!

Having received two sweaters that bore very little resemblance to the description, I returned them to China for a refund, (very silly), and over a year later,they bounce back. Appalling company, don't go anywhere near them.

A lucky one who actually received items but didn’t want to keep them but have been unable to return as can not get contact from the company at all. I think they may have folded?

Fake site never responded

Do not order from this company ordered a sweater from this company on the 21/11/25 and paid for it, never received it, should have checked the reviews first, I have now found out that they have gone into administration but the are still advertising their products, they are a disgraceful and dishonest company they deserve what has happened to them.

Ordered clothing. Nothing arrived! Emailed them and got an auto response about delay back. Emailed again! Same response. Emailed again... No response! Avoid avoid avoid! Scammers!!!!

Would give a zero. They’re a scam company. You won’t get any response. If you do order something make sure you use a credit card so you can get your money back. Phone number doesn’t connect either for the company….crooks

No product received and no reply to any of the emails and complaints. Looks like I have lost my money. These are frauds.

I ordered on the 9th October it’s now the 19th Nov, no replies from support. I have given up!!

Goods were delivered well within a week of ordering them and they are amazing for the price. Ordered a black overshirt and white muscle fit t-shirt for just over £30 with delivery. Absolute bargain. Honestly don't trust the negative reviews.

Worst experience ever waitingiver 1 month in my parcel. When I track it it out for delivery. An have left them numerous emails no relies an no answer from the phone! AVOID!

As others have said, don't bother buying from this company. Been waiting for my items since September and finally had to lodge a chargeback through my credit card for a refund. Total scam.

Messed me about saying my parcel has been dispatched then to say that an item is out of stock and have located the parcel !

Customer service is appalling and awful!

Parents used site and received no goods. Copy and paste email response same as others. Website unfinished and order number doesn't exist. Money taken from account.
Parents tried to call via number on website and no answer. Stopped responding to my emails when requesting refund
