Scam company! Wish I saw these reviews before ordering. Ordered nearly a month ago with no sign of my item and won’t respond to requests for a refund. Avoid!!!

Awful , sent wrong item . Emailed numerous times but just got a copy & paste response about delivery times . Came on here for reviews and no surprises everyone else has experienced similar issues terrible company Avoid

Do not order from this website. Total scam. They take your money, long before they dispatch the items. Radio silence. God knows what will turn up if it ever does.

Terrible experience, had to go to my bank in the end as there was no response to either phone calls or emails, it’s amazing companies like this exists but they do, more frustrating than anything but always follow protocol and look at reviews and always buy on credit card.theyll be in liquidation soon no doubt.

Really got sucked into this one and just shows you should always read the reviews before purchasing anything, ordered £75 worth of clothes over a month ago and nothing has arrived. Getting the same generic reply with no tracking or legit order number. Please do not order from this company.

They are a fake webpage, they don't have stock, they will send you lie after lie when you question your delivery. If you have ordered something, dispute your charge now

Do not use this company. My goods have not arrived and I cannot get hold of them

Like others have mentioned I requested my order to be cancelled and to be refunded the next day after ordering and after I had seen the 100% negative feedback here.
Like others I received an automatic email reply mentioning they are having issues with stock and deliveries.
I kept emailing further with no reply.
Then at 12 midnight I emailed them again informing them I know my rights and if my order hasn't been despatched I the customer are within my rights legally to ask for my order to be cancelled and refunded, I included in my email sent to them that they are in breach of The Cusomers Right Act of 2015 and cannot deny my request by law, I also told them that I'll be contacting trading standards to report them.
After telling them this they instantly replied to my email and asked me what my order number was, which I provided them with.
They then sent me another email with just a reply single word "cancelled".
I then messaged them saying a single word reply "cancelled" isn't acceptable and they need to provide me an invoice of my cancellation request/refund.
They have now not replied again, I have now contacted my bank to explain the sitution to them and they are now doing an investigation against this fraudelent company to get my money back.
Please if you have been scammed like me do not let it slide, contact citizens advice and they'll help you to get you're money back, I'm also going to report them to trading standards and I'd advise anyone who has had the same experience to do so, DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!.
email them and inform them that they are in breach of the consumers act law 2015 and hopefully you'll get a reply then from them.
I may of only just got a one worded reply from then stating "cancelled" but its enough evidence to prove that they have responded and contacted me and they can't deny that.
Please keep contacting them, and if you do get a reply from them make sure to save it as evidence to use against them, contact your bank also as soon as possible and request an open dispute against them and the payment to them.
Do not let them win, we must stick together and fight to bring these fraudsters to justice, the more people who report these fraudsters and open a dispute against payment to them, the easier it will be to receive our money back after our banks sees that multiple people have an open dispute with these disgusting fraudsters, and the investigation will be faster.
Please do not let them get away with this, I know I won't until I get my money back and their site closed down.

Why is this company still being allowed to trade? They are scammers. Do not purchase from these people . . you will lose money.

Update 14th October: they replied to me telling me to be patient as they were experiencing shipping and stock delays. I asked them to cancel the order and give me an immediate refund but heard nothing more. The names the company uses are:

Do not buy from them. They are scammers.

Absolutely rubbish company. Ordered a jacked and T-shirt. They sent the wrong size, I have since then emailed them 6 times and called them a number of times and have got 0 response. An absolute scam of a company. The products quality was pathetic as well. Its been over 2 weeks now since I contacted them and been over a month since I placed the order. The order itself took about 20 or so days to come.

Scammers! Ordered two jumpers for my son two weeks ago. I have received nothing and for every email I have sent I have received the same generic message that they are experiencing supply issues and I will get my items by the end of the week. They do not answer the phone either. I’ll be reporting the company to UK Fraud and to companies house.

Ordered a top on 9th September and it never arrived in the stated time. Emailed the company to enquire about the delay and received an email saying they were have delivery problems and to wait another week. I replied that this was unacceptable and wanted a refund but got no response. I waited the extra week, still nothing, emailed again and got the same response. It's obviously an automated reply message. No one from the company has replied to my email and no further contact. These people are taking money and not delivering the goods, this must be illegal!!

Please stay away from this company and website, they are scammers. I ordered three jumpers for my son. It was never delivered. They use the advert on the website to decieve people.
Got should look into these companies because people are scammed on daily basis without consequences.

Ordered 10 T-shirt and only got 2.
Contact them several times with no reply and it passed almost a month .
Stay away . You’ll just waste your money .
Ps not even tried them to see the quality. But I assume is not the best as I checked other reviews.

Ordered a shirt, it never arrived.

I have sent numerous emails/tweets etc and had no reply.

Went on their website again to do the contact us and it even states on there that the message will not be sent as its a demo.

All cheap rubbish doesn't look anything like the pictures. I stupidly ordered 8 items, was told they have been posted but after 20 days received nothing, numberous unanswered emails, then I received another update with a tracking number. When received there was only 4 items in there all of which were horrendous quality, cannot get hold of them to return so I have reported this to my bank

Looks legit at first, but dig deeper and it’s a mess. Ordered 2 black muscle-fit tees — got the wrong material, wrong cut, wrong colours, wrong size. Refund? Forget it, don’t want to risk it and don’t want to waste any more time. Just avoid.

Scam company

Ordered 4 items, 2 merino polo's which when sent were basic cotton.
2 overshirt, one of which was wrong size and both of extremely poor quality.
Returned all items, delivery picture was clearly just a front door in a block of flats.
Klarna didn't accept post office reference number. But am arguing the case as they haven't responded to any of my emails.
