I ordered a beautiful canvas print. Received it in about 3 weeks as it had to be made. Arrived in perfect condition, packed very carefully. I would definitely order from Urban Road again. Very happy with my purchase..

5 stars - more like 500 stars!!
No words can simply state how incredible Urban Road are; from their amazing product to their incredible customer service!
I received a gorgeous piece of art work from Urban Road after winning a competition on instagram. The shipping company unfortunately had damaged the artwork and I emailed Sarah and in half an hour I had a response that a new piece would be shipped right away!
The following day I had a call from Brenton apologising. What incredible customer service. I was honestly blown away by their customer service!!!! I can’t thank them enough. Will recommend Urban Road to everyone and will fill my house with Urban Road pieces in the near future!!!

Portrait hanging for landscape print

Ordered 3 pieces of artwork. 2 framed canvases and 1 framed print.
All are beautiful and turned out better than I expected.
Unfortunately my framed print came with the wire fitted for portrait hanging yet it’s a landscape picture.. not happy. I thought maybe I had pressed the wrong button and asked for it to be portrait but after checking my invoice I know I am not to blame.
Won’t be sending it back as I can’t be bothered with the rigmarole of couriers etc. will have to purchase a wire hanging kit from my local hardware store.
Very disappointing as I really love the prints.

Yet to receive the product.

I have been asked 3 times to review a product that I haven’t received yet. I ordered the product on the 24/6 first asked to review on the 27th and the product was dispatched on the 7/7.
