Sadly my framed print did not sit…
Sadly my framed print did not sit properly on the wall, when we checked the frame it was twisted and two mitres on opposite sides had two large gaps. Thankfully my handy husband filled the gaps and managed to put the frame back in shape, so it is now hanging happily on the wall.

Please always let us know straight away if you notice anything wrong with your order as we are definitely able to then investigate for you - if found to be defective or damaged we would absolutely replace the artwork for you at no cost.

Never have I experienced such great service. I made contact due to the 30% off, not being applied at checkout. It turned out that I was 12 hrs past the offer ending, My mistake, I understood. However Urban Road were very happy to accomodate me. Not that I even asked.

My art print looks as good in person as it did online - looks like an original artwork rather than a print - breathtaking! Ordering simple, regular updates on delivery and packaging superb to ensure no damage in transport. Already visitors are raving about my artwork...Seen another art print I'm keen to order next!
