I found Urban incredibly efficient , good value and left my apartment in immaculate condition.

I cannot praise them enough from placing the order to the fitting of the wardrobe which was delivered on time and as promised it was a pleasurable experience . The guys that fitted my wardrobe were particularly good and all in all I will recommend them to all my friends

Excellent professional team, which left me with a supberb installation of wardrobes and a clean house.

We have an amazing wardrobe from Urban Wardrobes, in our entrance area, to house all our coats and shoes.
I think it is well built and looks amazing. We could choose any colour we liked.
I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this company but do feel that they lack a little customer service.
The "planner" was delayed by hours and never felt the need to get in touch with us!

Urban wardrobes catered perfectly to our needs. The final wardrobe looks great and corresponds to the technical drawing they presented us. The installation took more than one day, but the result was worth the wait. The installers did a fantastic job and paid great attention to details (we did not want to cut the existing crown molding in the house and they shaped the side panels to fit perfectly around it). They left the room spotless at their departure and, despite the difficulties of carrying the wardrobe pieces through the narrow stairs and corridors in the house, they made no damages to the walls. A couple of minor issues arose during the installation, but the whole team was very accommodating and managed to fix them quickly. We have been overall extremely satisfied with their work and the final result.

Urban Wardrobes have been really helpful and efficient from their initial visit right through until the end of the installations. In addition, the installers were courteous throughout and always tidied up the rooms before they left for the day. We now have two beautiful, high quality fitted wardrobes which we are very happy with. We would highly recommend Urban Wardrobes.

Urban wardrobes were able to complete the design I wanted (unlike the previous two companies I tried). The fitters completed the work to a high standard and clearly had pride in their work. There was a small issue with drawers catching, which they came back to rectify after completion with no fuss

Chose spray-painted scandi style wardrobes for loft bedroom. Installed as per the technical drawings in the two day period and they fit the space perfectly. Thanks!

Spent a long time working an order for 3 wardrobes. After looking in detail at the 'frameless' wardrobe I realised that when you lose the frame you gain a big gap.

Inadequate answers to queries about this caused many weeks of wasted time. Eventually got to point of give us money so we can confirm that you won't get what you want.

Then told me they weren't going to work with me anymore. Time waisters. Look very closely at the pics and ask questions before paying deposit.

From initial visit, design phase, production, installation and aftercare the team from Urban Wardrobes has been great. Very responsive and good with dealing with all decisions and obstacles on the way. High quality and lasting new wardrobes with tall sliding doors for our home.

I was extremely happy with the wardrobes that were made for my new home. Although some things were forgotten on the date proposed to finish the wardrobes (installation of mirrors), the workers came the next day to finish them off very quickly. It's been a few days since the wardrobes were finished and I am thoroughly happy with them!

Just had u-shaped wardrobes installed in our dressing room. Fairly big job so I shopped around a fair bit - met with all the big high street names as well as few smaller companies, including Urban Wardrobes. It was the finish of the doors on their 'Scandi' range that won me over (with their wonderful routered walnut handles). It set it apart from anything else I'd seen, and it was only slightly more expensive than some of the mass-manufactured stuff out there. I'm pleased I decided to pay a little more for a quality product. The installers were hard work and incredibly neat and tidy. I would recommend Urban Wardrobes.

Craftsmanship is of a very good standard. Fitters were tidy, informative and reliable. Any queries I raised were dealt with in a professional manner and friendly manner. Would certainly use them again.

We approached three companies and got quotes from two. Urban Wardrobes were both cost effective and superior in respect of responding to our design request (open wardrobes). They responded promptly to our queries and questions and made adjustments as needed whilst we were agreeing design and materials.
The work itself was quick and the team were tidy and very pleasant to deal with - in two days we had a set of perfect wardrobes. We're really pleased with them and would happily recommend Urban Wardrobes.

Offer a good range of products, flexible timings for meetings, great quality of work and delivered within promised timeframes. We have used them twice and both times have been great. For us they have made classic style wardrobes, contemporary walk-in style wardrobe, office desk and large hallway storage. All great.

The wardrobes weren't what I asked for- they cut corners and wouldn't put right what hadn't been done properly. I didn't make the last payment because they hadn't come to fix it and they threatened to sue me...!

I agreed to pay if they promosed to come to finish but they sued me anyway AFTER I'd paid. I had to deal with the court papers AND 4 months later they've still not put things right.

Sure, the wardrobes look good but not what I asked for and awful treatment from management.

Nice guys selling but the manager is rude and aggressive.
