We had a set of double wardrobes installed. Overall we were very happy with Mykhailo and his team.

We researched 5 other companies to do the job for us and they were the first to reply. Within 24hrs of first contact we had the project manager in our home (after work on a weeknight) taking measurements and showing us prospective designs.

He was very knowledgable about the options they supplied and gave good advice regarding wardrobe configurations. This was helpful as were weren't 100% on what we were doing.

They weren't the cheapest of the 5 companies but I guess you get what you pay for: a quality product, quick & efficient communication, speed of install (should have been 6 weeks but it was more like within 3 weeks.)

We have had the wardrobes a month now and are growing happier by the day with them. Thank you so much for helping us finish off our renovations!

I had all the wardrobes for my new house done by Urban Wardrobes. This included a sloping roof hinged wardrobe, a 3m wide sliding doors wardrobe, a couple of double door hinged wardrobes, study /home office, under stairs storage and the kitchen pantry.

The design for all the wardrobes had been very detailed and thorough, down to the minor details. I was also impressed by the excellent workmanship by the installers - they did not hurry up the job due to which they required additional days for installation which is fine for such a big project.

I'd highly recommend Urban Wardrobes for their professionalism and dedication and also for the quality and finish of the wardrobes.

In particular I'd like to single out Jeff for his relentless dedication and patience for the designs and Tadas and team for the quality of the finished product!

Urban Wardrobes fitted a 3m wide wardrobe with sliding doors into the eaves of our loft conversion in December 2015. The space was a little bit tricky due to the sloping ceiling, but UW came up with a design which maximised the space and we're really delighted with the end product. The wardrobes look fabulous due to the excellent workmanship and are a pleasure to use. Highly recommended.

We have been very impressed with Urban wardrobes. The product is built to an excellent finish. Unfortunately we had issues with the mirrors cracking on a couple of the doors The customer service was excellent. The managers and builders worked over time to ensure a perfect result.
They aim to please and their work is perfect. Thank you.

From the outset we were impressed with the sales appointment. Clear ideas and samples brought at the time. A plan was sent through a week later then adjustments made. After clarifying payment schedules etc we were advised that initial payment is made accurate plans drawn up. 2nd payment to proceed with the supply then 2-3 weeks later old wardrobes removed and new ones installed within 2 days. This unfortunately is where things broke down a little. We were advised that the accurate measurements could not be taken until old wardrobes were removed. Meaning no storage for 2.5 weeks. Once they came to fit them my partner and I both took days off work. First day carcasses were installed. No communication about how long things would take they left at 5pm the first day . 2nd day more difficulties installing. Both men worked efficiently but speeded up once the supervisor arrived. On this note I must say that they take care in what they are doing.
By 6pm on the 2nd day we could see it wasn't going to be finished. 3rd day I was asked which handles we wanted on the drawers...This was supposed to be countersunk handles. Lack of communication again. They had to come back for a 4th day of work to correct this.on which they wanted final payment. The LED lights in the wardrobes were not working correctly and small snags needed fixing. They came back for a 5th day a further week later and completed everything.
We are very pleased with the wardrobes as a whole, the quality of the product and the workmanship is very good. I would however say that their lack of communication let's them down. The sales representative took no interest after the 'deal had been done' and it was left up to the technical advisor.
I would recommend that you use urban wardrobes but ask for more clarity in what is being done.we have learnt for future projects.

bespoke, stylish wardrobes with excellent customer service

I got Urban Wardrobes to design me a fitted wardrobe and a book shelf for all of our clutter such as computers,records,books Cd's etc etc.
Well as far as the wardrobes go....I'm wearing clothes I forgot I bought, now I'm organised and can see what's in front of me when looking for a certain look.
The Shelves gave me so much space that my head feels like it's been decluttered.
Lastly I cannot recommend these guys enough, they are everything you want honest helpful and totally professional.

I used urban wardrobes a few months ago for a fitted wardrobe in our bedroom. The planning went perfectly, however things went pear-shaped on the day of the installation. I had planned to get rid of our old wardrobe before they came to fit the new one unfortunately we weren't able to and therefore the carcass (no doors or shelves) was still in the room. I explained this when they arrived and asked for a hand to dismantle it. They went a bit mental and requested £60 extra to dismantle the carcass of the wardrobe, which ended up taking them all of ten minutes. They also wanted extra money for removing the doors from the other wardrobe we were having new sliding doors fitted on, when the agreement and quote included the dismantling and removal of the old doors. It seemed that the office hadn't made the extent of the job clear to the workers in one case and in the other the workers had a bit of a meltdown with an unforeseen circumstance which took all of ten minutes to resolve. They were extremely rude too and not cooperative at all in searching for a solution. If you are looking at an inflexible company then you've found them in UrbanWardrobes!
