Easy to order quick response to questions quality product good fit

Absolutely terrible quality. Labelled with well known labels from higher end brands! (Surely against some copyright laws)

A hoodie and pants were ordered as a matching pair and the material type used isn't even the same.

Selling people knockoff products. I'm glad I didn't spend more than I did. I even spoke with Carhartt and they were basically unaware of these people and how their brand is being outsourced and duplicated.
Why is wireddo selling the same products seeming like they took over where Urbenie took off. False advertising with iron on logos. I have proof. Inside tags are not even original. Knock-offs!

I haven't yet received the items I ordered, but the process of ordering went well and I have no complaints.
To be honest, my first thought was, "too good to be true", in regard to the prices.🥹😅

I like most things that you do but there was a few that were a head scratcher.
1: Free shipping should be free shipping. I was charged $4 American.
2: Your site was claiming I used a promo code. I had to go back to the original offer a repick all again on several occasions.
3: if ordering outside of the USA, the conversion should be made all the way through the order.

URBENIE is actually Chinese based company, who doesn't gain ANY respect on my eyes. After delivery, they were not even trying to replace with an item I ordered... Only like you get the coupon if you order something else more. I asked full crediting with money. They actually promised, but asked me to ship the wrong item back. I would have needed to pay shipping costs myself. (Everybody knows that sending f EU to China is way much more expensive than f China to EU) Then in one day when they receive it, they MIGHT send money, IF THEY THINK PRODUCT IS OK. I doubt they would. Seems to me that they do not have any. I base this their "coupong game"

This company belongs to those companies who send completely different things and/or quolity that they promise.

HONESTLY DO NOT make any business with this company... I agree I got fed up, but I have full documentation saved.

Modifying a bit...
They informed about some cutom related issue with first delivery try.

Seems that today, I finally received my order... Need to stil pick it up. Took guite long, but at least they delivered. So I lift stars to 3 stars. Let's see the quolity, and might modify this later.

Seems that nothing happens... Received info looong time a go that, order shipped. I also received number to follow shipment, but nothing happenned after that... And system didn't recognized shipment at all.

all prices at checkout ware not in my native currency and the shipping cost was extremely high other than that the shopping experience was adequate

First order i had no issues the second you kept sending me the tracking for my first order that was delivered already. You sent me the wrong outfit I order a all royal blue 3xl tshirt and shorts jorden outfit you sent me black with baby blue received July 29th it won't even let me put the right date below the hoodies are so short 3xl barly covers me im 5.11 not that tall that would fit my short wife im very disappointed thats why I orderd ur using chiep materials u can't make em longer. Tshirts the neck is tiny barly get it off my head.
