Good products but...
I really like the products and that the milk and juice come in glass bottles. I feel like it is better for the environment. I was disappointed that one week I ordered a vegetable box and it never arrived. I requested a refund and never received the refund. The service is expensive and does not reduce my need to go to the grocery store.

Delivery issues
Despite the request to ring the bell, the delivery placed the milk outside and this resulted in a product that was spoiled in the sun.

My Modern Milkman was great!
The representative who came to the house was friendly, professional and attentive. He did not try to push anything that didn't meet my needs but took the time to listen to what I was interested in and gave us his honest opinion on how good the lemonade was. Overall, it was a great experience! And I love the glass bottles!
