Updated review - service redemption!
I ordered a new glass cylinder for a muse lamp. All email communication pointed to receiving the glass in timely manner, but it was literally never delivered (though Tala sent a delivery confirmation email). Customer service got a new on out to me when I contacted them about the ordeal. The lamp is overpriced for the quality, but the style earns it three stars.

I absolutely love this little lamp
I absolutely love this little lamp! The color is stunning, the light levels are perfect and it came (to the US) quite quickly, in perfect condition (sustainably packaged), and fully charged.
I recently moved cross country, and originally purchased the lantern to use in a small outdoor space at my new apartment. It ended up being the very the first thing to arrive after my move, so I have instead been carrying it about and using it everywhere - as my bedside lamp in the evening, on the dining table at dinner etc. I have overhead lighting of course, but it immediately adds style and warmth in every space - making things feel more elevated but also more like home.
This was my first Tala purchase. I suspect there will be more. Cheers!

The product looks just as expected, nice materials and workmanship. The box came squished on one side but the fixture was fine. I would have added more room in the box and bubble wrap. Delivery was very fast.

Beautiful yet disappointing
I bought a set of the Knuckle table lamps in walnut. The shipment box came severely damage, as did the boxes of bulbs in the shipment box. Thankfully the bulbs nor lamps themselves were damaged. The lamps are beautiful and I cannot wait to use them, but they don't come without issues....The clear caution stickers that come on lamps that tell you what wattage of bulb to use was placed on the wooden part of the lamps. I've tried to be very careful removing the sticker adhesive from the lamps but it won't fully come off. Unfortunately the finishing has been stripped from the wood from trying to remove the adhesive--very disappointing. Also, the wood of the lamps are two different shades. I know that not every piece of wood is the same, but for buying a set, they are significantly different.

Sorry to hear your experience wasn't the one you were expecting. We are required to include this sticker on the product and we have chosen a clear version that is easier to remove, however we will raise this with our factory to see if we can find a less tacky sticker moving forward.
Re: the wood finishes, you're right - this can vary. If you could send us a photo, we will happily review this to see if it is within our accepted tolerance. If not, we can try to find a solution for you so the colour finishes are more closely matched. Please email me directly at graeme@tala.co.uk and I will accelerate it for you.

A Quick Review
The purchase experience went fine. The bulb itself is beautiful! Sadly, it doesn't work properly... It keeps turning itself off sporadically and turning back on. We have it in a simple fixture and connected to a "recommended" dimmer. So, we don't know the problem, but it's an unfortunate situation for sure.
