Fabulous Orlando

Recently returned from a fabulous week in Orlando, traveled in a large group so we hired a villa, which was stunning, USAirtours recommended the villa and we are so glad we went with their recommendation. It was really close to Disney so didnt take long to get to at all, also really close to local supermarkets so we could stock up.

Booked a once in a lifetime Route 66…

Booked a once in a lifetime Route 66 trip with this company, absolute disaster, misled about the car cost, the accommodation in most cases was disgusting filthy, one had squashed incect/ bugs on walls. Donna Woodthorpe was the agent that done the itinerary,please avoid at all costs do not waste your money.
You've been warned.

I am sorry for any confusion regarding the hotels and car on your Route 66 booking, the car provided was as booked, so I can only apologise if you were expecting a different vehicle, we also advised that there would be a drop off fee as you were taking the car back to a different depot. The hotels booked were best value hotels, where there are any concerns whilst abroad, USAirtours customers are asked to contact us on our 24 hour helpline, had we of been aware of your concerns we would have happily booked alternatives.

Would give 0 if I could

Would give 0 if I could. Completely messed up out honeymoon, then radio silence. Sent a very snotty email to our agents, that we were not meant to see, claiming a £6500 holiday was a discount rate and admitting fault. Please do not use them and check that your booking agent also isn't using them!

We are sorry for any disappointment, as your Tour Operator, your contract is with us so we will include you in all communication regarding complaints. Your original booking was booked as requested and your confirmation invoice was sent accordingly for you to check and agree. We were not aware of any discrepancies until we were contacted again several months later. As you chose to amend your holiday, the cost was reduced, this was not a discount.

Vive La France!

Great French break organised by USairtours using London City and Gatwick airports. Five days of rural and city, in Bergerac and Bordeaux highly recommended. London City Airport was great for its compact size and efficiency.

No response to numerous emails re problems with rental Property unresolved

Booked a holiday for April 2000 through a travel agent. Holiday did not take place! and our Travel Agent closed. Airtours took on our booking although they only deal with Travel Agents. Up to going on holiday in April 2022 service was fine. Whilst we were there we had a number of issues with the villa we had rented through them. Some were resolved but a major issue with the downstairs floor buckling was not and I have not been able to get any response to my emails and comments. Really disappointed that I dont even deserve a response!

Magical holiday and fantastic service

Could not recommend USAirtours more highly

We booked a magical trip to San Francisco, Santa Monica and Arizona with USAirtours and had the most wonderful time.

The team took charge of everything from flight bookings and hotels to activities and tours. The hotels were some of the best I’ve ever stayed in and the organisation of all the elements of the trip was impeccable.

Will definitely be using them again now that things are back open.

I booked an holiday with this company…

I booked an holiday with this company for me and my daughter to go to New york, it was cancelled under the covid. I wad not offered a refund just a voucher. I contacted them by email to say I want a refund and wad told because I'd exepted the voucher I could no longer get a refund, I told them I was never offered a refund in the first place just a voucher, which by law under covid rules an government legislation I was infact entitled to my money back. Cut a long story short I thought o I won't push any further for refund because they are adiment I'm not getting one ill rebook to new york, the price came up 400 more than the my original holiday so my holiday had shot up from 1850 pound to 2250 for the same holiday that had to be cancelled through no fault of my own. I will be now be seeking legal advice and goin down every channel I can even suing this robbing lying company. Please people read reviews an dont go with this fraudently company, and save yourself the distress of what me an many other people are goin through after booking and paying in full with this company EDITED to their reply so I pay nearly two thousand pound for an holiday its cancelled thru no fault of my own covid an you will find through the legislation of the government guidelines lines everyone is entitled to a refund due to covid, you don't just refuse me a refund you offer me the same holiday flying from Gatwick not Manchester an not a christmas period just a normal time of the year for nearly 400 pound dearer, I will be takin every legal route, its not like its a tena your robbing thousand of pounds of people good earned money

I have now investigated your complaint and can see that you decided to cancel your holiday booked through your travel agent, even though we were able to provide it. The type of holiday that you booked was non-refundable but rather than see you lose your money, we gave you a travel credit to spend on another holiday. Due to the strong demand for holidays as travel restrictions ease, the price of many holidays are rising and can be more expensive than when you originally booked. In the circumstances I feel that we have gone over about our usual terms to assist you, but as ABTA members, we are obliged to operate fairly and if you believe that we haven’t, I would ask you to contact them for an independent assessment.

I stand by what I stated in April 2021

I stand by what I stated in my review of April 2021. Despite your denial I can confirm I have been dealing with USAirtours regarding a refund. Perhaps you can explain why USAirtours have agreed in June 2020 to reimburse me, as shown in 2 of the many emails exchanged in 12 months of dealing with the issue, as shown below. Instead of denying responsibility for the distress caused by your action you should apologize and revise your internal procedures!

I booked with USAirtours via recommendation. When my holiday to the US was cancelled due to travel restrictions, I was able to change my dates with ease. Helpful and informative, I would book with them again.

Just excellent year after year

Just excellent year after year. Even in these most difficult of times they’ve measured up! Our last booking to Longboat Key for lJanuary last year could not be fulfilled because the US was closed down to the UK. Our booking was maintained moved to this year and we have just returned from a wonderful trip to Florida at NO EXTRA COST to ourselves. We were informed and reassured at every step of the way. Just about to book again for next year 🤗🤗

Deceitful and Dishonest avoiding…

Deceitful and Dishonest avoiding booking with this company! My Florida holiday was changed due to covid several times and then cancelled. They won't offer me a refund because they changed their terms and conditions mid way through without notifying me and won't offer me a refund! My original booking was pre covid and I was entitled a full refund if they cancelled the holiday, the Deceitful way they changed the T&C's without notifying me and won't stand by my original ones is ridiculous!
