Being a complete newcomer to this process but needing a place to house my videos I was so pleased that customer service was easily accessible via chat. Daniel was such a tremendous help I can’t speak his praises loudly enough. Not only was he always available but so incredibly patient with my millions of questions (most of which I’m sure were ridiculous) and even reached out to me to be sure I had accomplished what I wanted to get done even while being really overwhelmed.

We love UScreen! We came over from another OTT platform and have been most impressed with UScreen's capacity to listen to our concerns and suggestions and get to work implementing them. We have a video on demand yoga streaming service and we've been pleased with how easy it is to get everything up on our site. We always get help with our questions and love how we can customize our site to make it truly feel like us. The customer support has been very helpful and the price for what you get is very reasonable.

Excellent support. After we made a mistake with the invoices to our customers due to miscommunication with the helpdesk they we're very hulpfull in resolving the issue.
We've been using Uscreen since 2018 but had looked into them prior to that while we created our own streaming platform on our website. We decided to start using them about a year later because their platform provided such a better experience for our customers. And they have continued to build on that, making it better all the time.
Recently, we had discussed creating our own platform again so we could end up with something that fits every need of our company and integrating into one main website (We sell physical goods too). We concluded that what Uscreen offers in the way of continuous improvements, a very responsive CS team when you need help, built-in marketing tools, multiple mobile and TV apps, fixing issues that might happen with your site before you are aware something was wrong, etc., was worth continuing to use them.
Uscreen will never fit all of our unique wants, but they hit all of the important ones and make things very simple to run. They also listen to their community and add new features based off our common requests. I have and continue to recommend them when someone is looking to have a streaming website.
Uscreen ist really good. Happy to have choose it.
But what it makes outstanding is the costumer support: Just awesome.

Uscreen is absolutely fantastic! We're able to customize our site with ease and it's very user friendly. Our videos play without any problems, and our customers are very satisfied. Their customer service is always very responsive, which is great as well. I'm so glad we went with Uscreen!

The positive points in my opinion:
-easy quick solution to have a website ready to go
- good support team, sometime it take long time to answer but they always go to the end of the problem with you and check back later if everything is good
Some feature could be better:
- having the possibility to create page easier (like the option landing page but for all not just the home page)

Uscreen is a great company. We used another well-known OTT service for 2 years before switching to Uscreen. We were dissatisfied with the support at the other place and felt like we were treated like a little fish in a big pond. At Uscreen they are quick to respond and will do everything they can to get your problem solved quickly. They have also bent over backward to help with re-directs and customizations to the site. The owner is even willing to step in a lot of times and figure something out.
They are also always adding new features and improvements. They practically beg for us to add feature requests and they "REALLY" work on them. The other company we were with was really dragging their feat with new features and wanted to charge you every time they came out with something new.
Uscreen isn't perfect but it is working towards becoming better every day. I wouldn't be surprised to see them as THE leader in this space in 5-10 years.
Adam at Uscreen was extremely helpful in helping us with gathering usage data so that we can do custom report for our customer base. Look forward to working with him again in the future as our needs evolve.
Unfortunately, our salsa school has been closed for the past 12 months because of the pandemic. Thanks to Uscreen, we have been able to digitalize our classes, monetizing our VOD content and we plan to offer live events in the future. This allowed us to save the jobs in our school, and keep up the salsa spirit through these complicated times.
